[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because I needed a 30" width and wanted a bottom freezer. It developed an annoying hum/rattling noise after the first day, but it disappeared after about 4 days. Otherwise has been quiet, and I love the depth, flexible shelving and the spacious freezer. Only 2 quibbles: the lights are in the front of the fridge and freezer, which makes it hard to see things in the dark back parts. Also it needs about 15" on each side for the doors to open all the way, so is not ideal to be placed next to a wall. The deli tray won't slide all the way out if both doors aren't fully open. I knew this and chose it anyway, but buyer beware, as some of the photos may give you a different impression.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased August 2018, and unfortunately just had to replace it. Freezer stopped working, LG service sent a new compressor November 2024, however repairman sad the compressor still didn't fix it and recommended the fridge be scrapped.

The surface is beautiful and easier to keep clean than I feared. I am buying all new LG appliances for my remodeled kitchen.

Everything stays reliably at the required temps and humidities. Love the autolclosing and door-open alerts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this one month ago and with all the work I was having done in my kitchen, I really have not had time to study the manual that came with it. so far so good. makes an ample supply of ice... I use a lot of ice. I like the warning sound when door is left open. however it could be a little louder. Nice to have plenty of light when door is opened. I have not tried moving shelves or door containers, but don't think that would pose any problems . glass shelves cleaned up nicely when soda can leaked. love love love this refrig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are certainly some features on older model refrigerators that I wish that I had thought about before purchasing my new one. First, a stainless steel finish, I would definitely not recommend. Every time you touch any surface, it leaves fingerprints and marks. That means you're cleaning it constantly. Second, a bigger and deeper refrigerator/freezer space may sound good but in actual practice much greater organizational thought is required in order to easily access your food. Specifically a deep freezer means that some foods can easily be buried and foods are not necessarily rotated through as often as they should. I'm not as satisfied as I hoped to be with my new refrigerator.

Bought this two years ago it is a piece of junk. Have had so many problems. Had to replace the door shelves the other really big issue is the temperature. Have to keep the temp very high because everything freezes or accumulates water ont, like lettuce. If I. had the choice I would take something else , i would not recommend. At any price

The slightly smaller size fits perfectly in the available space, but it's interior capacity is amazing! I love the quality of the interior - solid and well designed. I highly recommend this unit!

We are 2 weeks into using our new refrigerator. I would have loved a larger one but our space was limited. The only downside so far is the drawer in the freezer. It is noisy when pulling the drawer out to get ice & putting the drawer back in place. We don't have water to the refrigerator. We make ice in trays on the right side of the drawer and store the ice on the left . Hopefully over time the "ice drawer" will hold up.

I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and it stopped cooling my food. The compressor still turns on but nothing blows into the fridge or freezer. I am heartbroken cause this fridge was so highly recommended and now it is just collecting dust in the kitchen while we have been scrambling to keep our food in coolers and lost most of our food. I am a new mom and I lost all of my pumped milk too. I will never buy a LG ever again.
