[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been looking for a traditional freezer on top style refrigerator but when we saw this LG French Door appliance we were sold on its easy to use features such as the generous size bottom freezer with ice maker; the wide pull out drawer in the refrigerator section; easy to change shelves; and nice central location to change temperatures, etc. The stainless steel is easy to clean and with the ample door handles we hardly ever touch the doors themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG replaced a 36" side by side model yet it stores more food and is easier to use. The clear drawers and shelves speed up finding foods and the freezer is also set up to enable quick retrievals. I am obsessed with the ice maker that replaced our 'in the door model' because it is always full of ice. Sometimes I open the door to make sure it is running because it is soooo quiet! Highly recommended.

I am so miserable right this fridge! The glue is so gross looking and you can’t clean under the glass. No how clean I keep it, it always looks gross! The ice machine in freezer barely works. So sad that this is the fridge in my kitchen. It’s embarrassing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic components of this refrigerator are so cheap! Two of the plastic door buckets broke within a few months and another is about to go. Also the cover on the glide and serve drawer broke off. Then you have buy replacements for an already proven defective part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for about 7 months now. I do like the refrigerator but the space we have it in we can't open the right door all the way. That's not the fault of the fridge but ours. I don't like the shelf space at all. We had one shelf out so that we can put milk and taller bottles in fridge. I did see that some people have the milk on the door. That's ok but there still not enough room on the doors. I now have a large bottle of juice that I can't fit anywhere in fridge without removing the shelf again. Also, there isn't a designated shelf for the butter. If you put the butter on the door its so hard to get it out because the shelves on door are deep. If I had seen the fridge full of products before I purchased I'm not sure I would have bought it. I don't want to say all bad things about fridge since that's not right. It does keep things cold and I do like the big draw on the bottom of the fridge. I would recommend the fridge to people if they don't mind losing a shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the fridge broke down last month lasted 6 years, so I guess that is good. It was a decent did come with some issues during those years of service it stopped freezing sometimes and had to unplug then plug it back to fix the problem. This model was not that big. It was pretty efficient I will say. You can take all I have said to choose your next fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelfs require that the to be mounted in pairs, because of the interlocking feature. Also, there are not enough shelf height slots. It is inconvenient when required to customize the shells to the individuals needs. Also thee in no dairy shelf on the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator and certainly hope it lasts longer than the 3 refrigerators I had over the last 5 years! The only thing I don't like about it is that it seems like the left French door will be damaged if it is opened and closed without opening the right side as well.

I bought this fridge during Covid-19. There weren't a lot of options for refrigerators during this time, but I'm glad I got it. It has Energy Star efficiency, plenty of adjustable shelves and some nice compartments. The freezer on the bottom is convenient and I don't need to bend over every time I get something from the fridge. I didn't give it 5 stars because the rolling shelf cover at the bottom of the fridge compartment broke easily and is expensive to replace - so I didn't replace it.

I also like that the interior shelves are easy to remove and adjust, along with the door shelves. The freezer has so much room that I have not filled it with what was in my old freezer. I do wish that the freezer drawer had a shelf that I can put small items such as glass mugs.
