I have a dog that sheds a lot of hair are used to vacuum my house with my big vacuum every day. If I missed a day you can see it when you open the front door , the hair was a lot . I use my Rosie On a daily basis. Sometimes I miss a couple of days but it still does a wonderful job thanks to my son for getting this for me for Christmas. What a lifesaver.

My favorite thing about Rosie is that I can start her cleaning, and do other things. While she is vacuuming I can dust, clean the kitchen, make beds, clean the bathroom, etc... It is such a time saver! Probably one of the best things is that she cleans under the couch and tables, those places I don't vacuum as often.

I got this for Christmas from my son and I love it. I have 3 big dogs and they shed ALOT. So much that I had to sweep everyday. Now I do not. It has periodically gotten stuck in places but that was my fault. If it clogs it is very easy to unclog and the parts come out easily which makes it very easy to clean. I use mine in the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, laundry room and downstairs bath and it does a great job. I am considering getting the IROOMA mop.

I love that you can program the I Robot to come on every day at a certain time if you wish and you know that the floors will be clean. I do recommend getting a virtual wall so that sometimes you can have your Roomba just clean a certain area really really well. After the first few days of regular cleaning of the dog hair I found I did not need to empty the canister at all til she had finished. So you might think the canister is small but with regular daily cleaning it is adequate. I can now go several days without emptying.

We turn it on whenever we leave...love coming home to freshly vacuumed floors! Looks like the maid was here! As a retired couple, we don't like to vacuum. Rooomba does the floors! I did an experiment to see which was better on picking up dirt..Roomba or Hoover vacuum. In one high traffic area, I ran the vacuum. Then put the Roomba in that same area and the Roomba picked up lots of dirt the vacuum missed. In another high traffic area, I turned a Roomba loose, then vacuumed over the same area. The vacuum picked up a slight amount of dirt...sooooo...Roomba wins! I owned a Roomba in my vacation home and at the same time, bought one for my home. Both worked great! I decided to bump up to the model without the brush in my home and gave my old one to my son...he owns a Shepard who blows her coat...works for him! The one at my vacation home gave up the ghost...battery...since it was left without a charge for 2 months. So I replaced it with another Roomba. This one developed a problem that it was constantly stopping because it kicked off it's dirt bin! I called Roomba...spent quite a bit of time with a tech...they could not figure out the problem so they sent me a new one, minus the battery and I sent the old shell back. Excellent customer service. I own an upright vacuum at each home but they rarely get used for floors...only for getting at ceilings, tight areas.

It never ran a full cycle without having to be rescued. Either stuck in furniture, stuck in a corner, stuck over a step... It also does not like dark striped carpet, confirmed by the manual. The random cleaning pattern means it frequently goes around dirt. You have to clean before you run it or it will get caught on objects, which makes sense, but if I have to clean before I run it, it seems redundant. It would be fine in a large one floor house with no rugs and no oddly shaped furniture.

Rosie arrived as a Christmas gift. She happily settled in and started cleaning. At first, she was joyful - but one day she got stuck under the futon sofa and began spinning in distress. Rosie scratched her shiny new top deeply and she was saddened. She asked me to buy her a new faceplate, but alas iRobot doesn't seem to sell that part. A couple of days later she tried to commit suicide by knocking over a small plant stand with a bonsai tree. I heard a large crash and went to see what is was. Luckily I was just in time to save Rosie as she headed for the puddle of water and mud. All is not lost, I found a skin for the top and wrapped the base of the sofas and aquarium stand in pool noodles to keep her from trouble. Seriously, this is an awesome little vacuum, my floors look amazing, and someday I may buy one of the models that have a mapping function to keep it safe from harm.

Love my Benson...have wanted one for awhile and the kids surprised me with it for my birthday. So easy to use and convenient. Was finding my vacuum hard to push on the carpet so the Roomba is great for me. It does a great job on both the carpet and the tile and was pretty easy to set up and I am computer challenged. Very easy to clean the bin. Whenever I take out my regular vacuum it makes me appreciate the Roomba even more. Would definitely recommend it.

I own a boutique with hard wood floors, brick walls and several area rugs. "Rosie" works great and every day! Unpacking clothes along with a brick wall and hard wood floors creates a lot of dust and threads - she is amazing! My store is so much less dusty and my team members can be doing more productive tasks than cleaning.

Molly keeps my new home pretty clean she sometimes can't find her way home and runs of juice but for the most part she does great for a robot. I like walking barefoot and not feel particles on floor and Molly ensure's my feet are happy. I like that I can schedule cleaning from the app or operate Molly from wherever.
