I run my roomba once a week, it picks up dust and hair (two girls with long hair). It goes under the couch, dining table, chairs. I have it clean the 1st floor then empty it and fully charge it before I have it clean the carpeted upstairs. Works best if it is emptied after each use. Not sure if the filter is a hepa filter, would be great if it is.

This is a great way to vacuum up his hair during the week when we don't have time to fully vacuum our apartment. I also love that we can start the Roomba right from the mobile app! The only negative thing I have to say is that we have a larger area rug in our living room and the Roomba often leaves debris around the edges of the rug.

I recommend my Robot Ruthie to everyone that comes here. This is one of the best purchases I've made. It works so good. I even say "thank you Ruthie " when she is done and goes and docks herself. Great with the WiFi programing. It is easy to setup and use. You'll love one, too!

I am a teacher and work about 55 - 60 hours a week. We have a long haired dog that sheds like crazy. I used to vacuum once a week and still we had little hair pillows along the baseboards. I run creepy two or three times a week while I'm grading and my floors have never been cleaner. I love my room a and wish I had had it years ago!

Soooo my wife really didn't want to spend the money, we have 2 dogs,1 cat all indoors so you can imagine lots of sweeping of hair,sand ect... She was sold after the first time I empty the cartridge, I mean she was floored. It picked up more than both of us thought it would, simply amazing. If you think you don't need the Roomba you are wrong and we are 2 very satisfied purchasers.

I have had this Roomba for 20 days. It does an okay job of cleaning hard floor and carpet. However, it fails to dock and I find it dead in the middle of a room just after ~75 minutes of total cleaning which is worrisome! What if it dies under the king-size bed, how will I retrieve it? Also, it's cleaning pattern is strange. Is there a way to get this devise to clean a room completely and then go to the others as It keeps going back and forth between rooms? Could a function to map the room dimensions to assist this devise to clean effectively be included in the next upgrade? What I have found useful for effective cleaning is to manually pick the devise and place it in an area for spot cleaning. However, that has involved baby sitting the devise, which defeats it's designed robotic functionality.

I have mine on a tri weekly schedule. My a/c filter is staying clean longer, health at home is 100% better. I own two large dogs.. and boy oh boy does this robot pick up tons of dog hair. Battery drains super fast on carpet due to drag. It does miss some spots as it does not map your home like other units. But it has helped tremendously in helping keep my home clean.

Both units run til battery dies. Have replaced charging base, moved to different locations, but always have to go find them and struggle to align on charger by hand. Biggest waste of $400 - even after they run, still, have to revacuum by hand, because they are so inefficient. And customer service suggested my space is too big - 20'x10' on two floors with one unit on each floor. How can that be too big?

Have been using the Roomba for 2 months now. Does a great job picking up pet hair from my large dog and cat! Has been a real time saver and my floors have never been cleaner. Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a clean house and doesn't have the time to vacuum regu6.
