Roomba is good i wish i had a patern that we could set for them to work in that area. Ours start on our scheduled time but the only thing is it keeps going to the same places again and again and in the morning my most busy dirt place like kitchen and bar tools still has that crumbs and everything around. at night when i come out to check on it its mostly running here and there but not t the actual places. And keeps stuck near carpet or other furniture not able to go from floor to carpet. doesnt clean the corner of our house. where most dirt is.

My floors have never been cleaner. I have Charles vacuum every day on a schedule while i'm at work and every day I empty the bin and am shocked and so impressed by how much dust and debris he picks up every day. Now, I can't imagine living without it and am now seriously considering getting a Braava jet robot mop to go with it. I could seriously not be happier. Thank you thank you thank you iRobot!

OK, I was a skeptic having years ago owned one of the first Roomba's, the 'Bump and Run' style and my wife was dead set against it, but her back was wearing out sweeping and mopping 2000+ sq ft of hardwood. Purchased the i7 with M6 combo. Will NEVER go back!!! Both the i7 and M6 work flawlessly and we would now not be without them. Worked so well bought a 675 for use on our screened in porch of nearly 700 sq ft, again, would not be without it!

I have hardwood floors in my entire house. Arthritis in my knees and other leg issues makes it difficult to sweep/vacuum. I also have 2 small dogs that shed like there's no tomorrow. They are constantly in and out through their doggy door, tracking dirt, leaves, fuzz, and other treasures inside.... ALL DAY. I also have 3 large windows facing west. Before my Roomba, my floors seemed to look clean, until the evening sun hit a certain way. All of a sudden, you can see every single piece of fur on the floor!! And it usually happened when I had company. It was gross. Now, no matter what I'm doing or where I'm at, I can easily turn it on with my phone! {Download app} By the time I get back home, my floors are spotless. I love it!! Only downfall is that it'll get stuck on a "cliff" often... Yesterday, the "cliff" was a scrunchie. Since it got stuck and I wasn't home, the battery eventually died, and we had to hunt for it to put it back on it's thingy to recharge.

I have been with iRobot...Pretty much since they started. I have upgraded and I love the fact that I can leave the room and pretty much know that it'll be clean when I return. You do have to watch the height of some furniture and make sure any wires out of the way. I find that if you give your iRobot.... it will give you 10 for then return .schedule cleanings when motion detectors are off !

I had a car accident and needed something to help me with housework. When my accident happened I was on my way to my mothers who had recently had a stroke. It was a nightmare all the way around. This little angel saved me❤️ My husband was more than happy to buy Stella and when he saw how good she was suggested we get one for my mother as well She named hers Wanda There are pros and cons just like with any item...but the convenience out weighs the cons for me...so...all vacuums make noise...get over it. The vacuum is small...the bin is small...get used to get. End of story. I can go outside with the cats and the vacuum cleans...not me...I win❤️

All in all I would recommend this product. I purchased it because we installed brand new grey/black kitchen flooring that show every little tiny white/light speck that hits the ground. After the 4th day, my husband told me I would have to sweep every day. NOT HAPPENING! I work two jobs and take care of a 3 year old and 15 year old grandson. I does keep the new kitchen floor looking good every day. I set ours to clean at midnight. I work a lot so I really don't want to watch or hear it working. The filter seems to hang on to the dust it picks up-so I find myself taking it out and brushing it off. It has become somewhat of an adventure. Every morning I am intrigued to see whether or not it has made it to its dock. I try to make sure that there is nothing on the floor that it should not come into contact with. It got tangled in our phone charger station, it found a kleenix and that jammed the brushes, it got into a room that is usually closed off and partially sucked up our teenager's sock...which caused it to jam. It has found receipts and gotten those stuck in the brushes. It has gotten lost under a love seat, in a corner and under the kitchen table. This is all over a 6 week span... It has been entertaining...Some days it vacuums for an hour and a half, some days for 3 hours. Which makes no sense to me. All those challenges taken into consideration...I would buy it again. I like the fact that something other than ME is vacuuming.

I use this product in my 612 SF condo to remove hair, debris, crumbs and flour dust from baking, and general "carpet crud" for maintenance cleaning between deep cleans with an upright vac. For its first runs, it took the full 90 minutes, and Roomba's brush picked up a lot of hair (I have long hair that gets everywhere). I noticed that the time to finish a run decreased after the initial few runs - so Roomba takes less time to work when it's working on a cleaner surface. Maintenance is quick/easy on the Roomba, compared to the Dyson DC65 upright vac I use for deep cleaning. The Roomba brush is easily removed when emptying the dust bin (which is done after every use) and cleaned in < 5 mins vs. >20 on the upright vac - with no belt to replace. (The Dyson brush frequently tangles with hair, causing belt to slip against the trapped hair, burning the belt and stopping the brush assembly. It takes 20 minutes to to open the brush assembly and clear the brush - 40 minutes to pull the brush to clear the roller completely and reinstall - or an hour to replace the belt, clean the brush and reinstall.) My Dyson maintenance will be easier now; future deep cleans won't be pulling up surface hair and debris. Roomba doesn't completely clean into square corners because it is round, and doesn't clean in areas too narrow for its diameter; but it does a much better job than the Dyson D65 upright on straight edges and baseboards; does a fantastic job under furniture; and isn't fazed by desk pads or low area rugs. If it can't get over something, it will go around it. If it gets stuck, the iHome app sends a text. While much quieter than an upright vac, Roomba does make noise. In multi-story buildings, if floors and ceilings aren't soundproofed, impact (bumping) and airborne (machine operation) sounds can be heard on other floors. My Roomba was running at 4:15 AM (instead of the intended PM) and the noise was waking my downstairs neighbor; this was easily corrected in the iHome App.

My roomba was running but not working properly. The two different customer service reps I spoke with were very friendly and attempted to assist the best they could. The first rep sent me new wheels to see if that would work. When it didn't, the second rep had me send my roomba in since it was under warranty. When it couldn't be fixed you all sent me a new roomba that was completely unexpected. That is customer service at its finest and I will use and recommend your company!

I am happy to have a helper like roomba. It is much easier to clean having roomba doing most of the cleaning shores since I can watch TV or seat for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. My dog ( Lucy) is always checking at roomba to supervise where it is.
