Nope- don’t do it

Our Euffy we purchased when initially curious about robot vacuum worked a lot better and was $80. This one is constantly getting stuck and will say the tray is full when it’s not . We have dogs so the pet hair gets caught constantly . Worst purchase ever . Hoping we can return to the club. Don’t waste your money! We paid full price a couple months ago .

Time Saver!

These wonderful little machines are not perfect but they certainly make life easier. At my house we had to move some furniture and hide wires to help the machine move around but that was expected. The amount of effort it takes to help the machine move around is well worth the time and energy it saves me.

DON'T BUY

Does not do rooms with area rugs...supposedly dark in color like brown. All it does is either sit and spin or just stops. Worked fine in other apartment and was gray wall to wall and didn't fall down steps. But 2 phone calls and at least 5 emails back and forth being told to remove area rugs to clean floor to resolve the issue. Are we Serious?!! Asked next email to go to supervisor, which took week and a half for response Was basically told the same thing, it doesn't do area rugs because sensors think it's falling. This dimwitt told me to clean sensors. Now all along I asked for a credit or percentage off a different model...this they never addressed.....just remove rugs! My last email to supposed supervisor I told him I would Now put negative reviews out on this unit and how their company does not stand behind their products at all His response was to go ahead. I'm going to find who the CEO is and send him a copy of this email so he sees how top notch his customer service is. The light at the end of tunnel...even though the unit is 7 months old...I did a chat with Sams club...told them the issue And no problem!! Pack it up and return for a refund!!! How about That!! No more roombas here! Got the Shark....great unit!! So even though it's out of stock...save your $$. Or remove area rugs! Thanks Sams for standing behind what you sell!!

issues

There is a problem with iRobot 692 with getting parts such as side brushes with correct screws. There seems to be two versions of this Vaccum and the screws to secure are different lengths. No support from iRobot. Very disappointing Also gets stuck a lot
