We have only used it a week and so far it is working well. It goes from hardwood, tile, carpet and area rugs without difficulty. It returns to its docking station and has charged every time. It has kept kitchen crumbs clean and dust bunnies out of the living room. I can’t see it replacing a deep cleaning but I am thrilled with it for a every day sweep/vacuum. I agree that it has a haphazard pattern but it has been doing its job.

I have 1 dog that sheds profusely and 2 cats who contribute. I wasnt sure that one of these robot vacuums could keep up but it does an AMAZING job as long as the bin is emptied after each use and the brushes cleared off from time to time. The only real draw back is how loud it is. Its not as loud as a manual vacuum but its pretty loud. The loudness isnt a deal breaker but I just have to schedule when I dont plan on being on the phone or in bed!

So far I've been happy with this purchase. I reviewed YouTube videos about this Roomba before my purchase and thought I would give it a try. I find that keeping the devise cleaned out and taking the brushes out and cleaning them is really key to it working well. I like that my cell phone will alert me if it gets stuck and when a job is completed.

If you're looking for some help around the house then get this simple to use Roomba Vac.You don't need any extras to use it other than somewhere to plug it in.No internet,no Alexa or any of those other invasive gizmos.Just charge it and turn it loose.Having a few virtual walls is a good idea.You can buy those separate from the Roomba.

We have 3 roombas all of this series. They save me so much work. We no longer have to use a regular vacuum cleaner. If there are smaller areas to be clean like a couch or an out-of-the-way place we just used a really good Dustbuster. This is my only one so far is it is compatible with Alexa. I like that feature but it certainly would not be necessary. I have never found the need to go to a higher series of roomba as this series has worked very well for me for years. Sam’s Club has a great price at least awesome tools.

This is my second Roomba. They have certainly spoiled me. This one I can set to automatically start cleaning on selected days and times. It is amazing how much dirt and dust it picks up. Downside is that the dust bend keeps coming off. My first one did it occasionally at first then got better but this one does it at least once or twice each time it cleans so a little disappointed because of that.

Easy to set up and connect to my WiFi. Will not run on some of my room size rugs; can’t transition from hard wood floors to the rug. Won’t run on the rug if set onto the rug either. Dies help me keep up with dog hair on all other floors.

This vacuum is awesome! The only problem i have is that it sucks up the area rug and then I have to take it back to the dock. It actually leaves vacuum marks so you can see that it’s really working. It’s great that it goes under the beds.

This Roomba is my second Roomba and has been very difficult to sync with the app. I miss the handle that my other one has as like most Roomba's it gets lost or stuck often and is harder to rescue without the handle. I was hoping the larger brushes would clean better and I think they do but they are also themselves harder to keep clean. Roomba's in general make keeping on top of animal hair so much easier and I’m happy to now have one both upstairs and down but I probably should have gotten a second one just like the one I already had but this one is supposedly one step better and was on a better sale.

I expected the vac to go around doorways and down hallways to complete the entire main floor. However it stayed concentrated only in the kitchen. It tis very over priced for the results achieved. I returned it.
