We are going over 4 years with our Roomba and still love it. It's dependable, product repair and replacement parts are always available and easy to order (love that) I've replaced the battery once, probably because it got lost, I left the house, and didn't get it back in its charger until a day later. We have 2 pups, one is quite the shedder. Using this everyday, keeps the hair out-of-site and our house clean. We get compliments all the time on how clean our house is with 3 dogs...and they are inside/outside dogs, constantly running through the doggie door all day and night. the pickup on this thing is incredibly. I've found heavy nuts and bolts in it before! It is not easy to deep-clean, but for me, because it is so effective, I'm ok with spending 10-15 minutes a month cleaning it up so it's always in top shape. Years later, I'm still glad I purchased our Roomba. We got the Braava also. They are quite the duo! I'm a Happy Camper.

I received Kilroy for Christmas and I love him! He does seem to get stuck but that not a huge issue as there is usually someone home during the time I have him set to run that can get him running again. It is so nice to come home to clean floors! I have 5 cats and he handles all the cat hair in 4 large rooms, 2 hardwood, 2 carpet. Empty the bin everyday and it's all good. Totally recommend!

I love everything about my Roomba except it gets "on the edge of a cliff" fairly often which may be my fault. It is good it doesn't suck up cords but then, when it runs when I am out of the house, I have to find it when I get home. LOVE the fact it connects to Alexa! It keeps my floors cleaner than ever!

I am extremely disappointed. I have purchased a product that only works on light colored surfaces. I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment. I have a maroon and black rug in my bedroom and the iRobot is unable to clean the rug. I spent over and hour with customer service and they were unable to help with the situation. They suggested I buy additional products, I did not call to he sold more items!

A helps to keep floors clean less the sweet for my wife does a pretty good job by runs into furniture and stays in the same area too long. I wish I had a mapping so that it could no word a clean and where have a cleaned to spend less time in the same Room.

I like this Roomba it functions just as well as my older ones. It does a good job cleaning but always comes back to the same areas over and over that I did not see my older Roomba doing. It does not dock well and the docking station is flimsy I wish I still had my bumpers to as this didn't come with any.

This is my second Roomba. The first one was a hand me down, so I figured it's quirks were because it was old. Finally splurged and got a new one, and it won't connect in the app, never returns to the dock so it just does somewhere and I have to find it, and it misses so many areas. I'm so bummed!!!

I only gave the Roomba 675 3 stars because it doesn't map and leaves some of our floors untouched. If it mapped and swept the entire floor I would give it 5 stars. We have 2 dogs and a cat and 4 busy people in a small house with hardwood floors. Our home is clean for the most part but we could never stay on top of the floors. Roomba fills the gap sweeping just before we get home and truly makes a difference in the appearance of the floors. I already want to upgrade to a model that has mapping as the 675 does not and doesn't sweep the entire floor. It doesn't replace a broom entirely but is small enough to get under some of our furniture and remove the bulk of the pet hair and dirt. It only has the ability to schedule sweeping once daily, but you can easily start the cycle with a push of the button on the Roomba or by using the app on your phone. We are pleased with its proformance and would recommend it to anyone.

I was hesitant to make this purchase thinking it would not clean efficiently, I was wrong. I no longer have to sweep and my floors are spotless. It does an amazing job of getting all the dust and pet hair up in such a large space. I turn it on while at work and never have to worry about it missing a spot or not working.

As someone in the cleaning business I was always skeptical of the effectiveness of these type vacuums especially with pet hair. After years of my wife pleading to get one I bought the 675 for her for Christmas. Normally that wouldn't be a greart gift but she loved it, and the perfume I also bought? And we tried it out. All I can say is I was amazed at what a great job it did. I regret not buying one sooner and now I'm looking at one of the mopping robots. If you're hesitant, don't be, you'll be glad you bought one.
