It does a great job. We have to start it our selves, no scheduling capabilities. We will never have smartphones. I would not have bought this new one if we knew that was needed! Good thing its the downstairs robot and not used every day like the one upstairs! I am really ok , just think it should be obvious for older people to have that info.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product. It makes cleaning effortless. I highly recommend getting one, as the stuff it picks up is amazing. The only downsides is the noise and the bin capacity. Otherwise, this is a good product.

Spends 15 minutes in a small bathroom,, 2 minutes in large rooms. I have two area rugs. The roomba discards a lot of the hair it picked up on the rug. Had to return one for repair because the side sweeper wouldn't work. Received a new one and not sure why, but this one works worse than the other one.

I am a senior citizen and use this for vacuuming. Love it. However, BE AWARE: the problem is that it does not include a R3 Brush cleaning little comb and it is very difficult to clean the roller brush that collects hair and carpet threads rolls over that brush. Called iRobot and the company said that they DO NOT MANUFACTURE THAT COMB ANYMORE! Little disappointed for the spending a heft money for the product that does not include a tiny piece that is very important for maintaining and cleaning those brushes.

The unit could not be connected with the mobile app even after following all the steps properly for 10+ times. I am a tech professional for 20 plus years and know what I am doing. Also, the unit does not go back to home charging station. The quality of AI is not what I would expect from a device made in 2022. It cannot use AI vision and learning to move around the room with furniture.

I have had this Roomba for about a year now and I hate it! It's way to loud, it hits everything in it's path and leaves a mark, it gets stuck under things and it's starting to start up earlier than I have it set to start! I have it set to start at 9:00 in the morning and it's now starting 15 minutes before 9:00! I will never ever buy another one for as long as I live! Oh and buy the way there is no way I can contact anyone if I need to ask a question about it! Now what kind of business is that? I hope everyone sees my post and thinks twice about buying this trash!

I have used this robot several times and it has only returned to the home base on its own one time. It is usually heading home but gets stuck and the battery runs out before it arrives to the charging base. The last time it got stuck on the edge of a cliff (the top of the stairs) and I had to carry it back to the base. Otherwise, it seems to clean my hardwood floors pretty well. I was surprised how loud this unit is. I only use it on hardwoods, so I assume it would be a little quieter on carpet. I use it on my upstairs hardwood floors in three bedrooms, a bathroom and hallway. Since it is so loud, I start it before I leave the house. I know it has cleaned all of the spaces when it returns to the home base. When it gets stuck in the legs of a nightstand or on the edge of a cliff, I have no idea when that occurred during the cycle. Did it get to all the rooms or not? The unit is easy to maintain and I can control it on my phone. It recharges fairly rapidly and has run for close to two hours when fully charged. It's a fun thing to run, but I am puzzled as to why technology that has been around for 20+ years still has these minor issues.

This thing has changed my life for the better! I have a white dog and his hair would just accumulate and I did not have time to dedicate to vacuuming like I should. This has eased my anxiety about it there cause it's not an issue at all anymore! I am so so so in love with this!

With both of us working full time and me attending school, this a great addition that makes our family's busy lives easier. We have a few options that allow us to either vacuum when we want, pre-schedule to automatically vacuum at a certain day, or we can remotely start the vacuum from our phone app and even while we're away. It definitely takes one major task off our plate and is actually fun and satisfying to watch while I am doing other chores or studying. The only feedback I have is that we have to empty the bin after every cleaning but they do have other models that auto-cleans. It also doesn't go over our living room rug which I think is odd since it does the kitchen one plus the slight ledges from the wooden floor of the kitchen and front entrance that transitions to the carpet. It does go under our couches and cleans the whole apartment in one setting. I do not know how well it does with pet hair and dander, but hopefully they have a special filter specifically for animals.

This product is nothing like it is marketed as. I bought this to replace a Neato but now I am going back to my Neato. I can't return this product because I threw the original packaging away. I should have hung on to it. If I could rate it a negative number, I would.
