We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this dishwasher has a design flaw that causes the sprayer arm attached to the top rack to keep falling off. We thought it was a defect in the first unit but the replacement unit has the same issue and almost every night we have to struggle to snap the spray arm back. It is cumbersome and irritating. The quality of the components does not seem to live up to Samsung's reputation. We are Samsung household but unfortunately will not be getting another one after this terrible experience.

purchased on 9/3 and it showed delivery 9/9-9/19. received notification to call Samsung on 9/9 to set up delivery. I was told they were booked untill 10/15. I verified with Samsung that the dishwasher would be installed the same day it was delivered and was told yes. Received it 10/16 and was told by the delivery company that there was no authorization from Samsung to install it!!! Now have to wait another week, totally unaccepta

Very quiet and packed with awesome features: auto door release at the end of the cycle, storm wash removes toughest residues, tunable dry cycle, and smart things for fine tuning. This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! I also love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is. I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen! Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher checks almost all of the boxes: very quiet, flexible dish arrangements, securely holds stemmed wine glasses, and best of all, it gets my dishes sparkling clean and dry! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the tension of the door when fully opened is so high that the lower rack is sometimes tricky to pull out when empty. Otherwise, I love it!

Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great dishwasher overall fairly silent. the only issue i see is that rinse aid liquid has no indicator, so i cant tell when it is full or not. but overall its a great product. very happy with the dishwasher i was able to match it with my bespoke fridge as well so looks great in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about two months ago. Quiet. Removed the 3rd or top rack as not needed and for extra top rack room. I like the handware ("silverware") slots on the removable swivel tops that separate individual forks and spoons for better cleaning atop the handware basket. And basket cut-outs allow basket placement across the lower dish rack.
