The dishwasher functions very well and has such a sleek and nice design. However, after a few months of use, the panel that displays the time when we look at the dishwasher from its face cracks. I noticed 3 cracks today. I am not the only person this has happened to. If there is a flaw with how the product looks like on the outside knowing very well the look is part of the value, then we find ourselves in an unfortunate situation. Again, the performance is great. It cleans well and it has multiple options for cleaning different types of dishes. I am just a bit reluctant to get the rest of the Bespoke suite for my house, because I don't want scratches all over the appliances that are not "wear and tear".

My previous dishwasher was so loud, I guess I was just used to it, but I could hear it several rooms away. I often find myself now, asking "Is It On?" I have to go look and see if the timer is counting down - yes, it's that quiet. The features are also great! Love that I can have the door pop open during the last few minutes of drying. The dishes are always dry and I know if the door is open, they are also clean. The cycle is pretty long, clocking in at over 2 hours for a normal cycle, but since it's so quiet, you don't even notice it. Love the third rack for longer utensils and cooking items. I wish the normal silverware holder could be split in half and give me more room on the main level, as I find myself only using half the silverware container now. My only wish would be that it "remembered" the options I selected, such as pop open door, and hot water wash for the next time I use it. Instead, I have to select each option, each time. Minor inconvenience though for this dishwasher. The stainless steel appearance is very sleek and elegant looking as well. Overall, love this dishwasher!

Nice looking Dishwasher that opens door automatically after finished, which is great. However the rask parts are made weakly and already broke couple places within a few months of use. Also the water did not fully drain when cycle completed, but not sure if this is recent so put in a service request

Before this every machine was incredibly loud, super loud, annoying, and didn't utilize the internal space very well. I'm able to run my dishwasher when I'm at home, ready to go to bed, etc without having to worry about the sound interrupting me and keeping me up all night. It's incredibly nice being able to schedule the dishwasher around my lifestyle. Secondly, I love how the top area has a special area just for silverware, which doesn't compromise the lower shelving areas. Meaning I'm able to fit in more dishes into the machine without having to worry about the normal side caddy for the silverware being in the way. It was nice they allow the middle rack to move up and down (in case of larger/oversized items). But it's designed so well I haven't run into that issue, but it's nice knowing it's an option in the future. One last interesting thing is the machine will open when it's done cleaning, and has entered the drying cycle. To help prevent excess steam forming water spots on your dishes/glasses. Which is an interesting concept that works well. My two main complaints would be the issue of the entire control being hidden away on the very top (for some people it may be difficult to see, or your fingers can accidently hit a button when opening/closing that you were not aware of). Plus the middle shelf is designed with angles in certain sections, that at the beginning limited my ability to put dishes wherever. However, after using it for a while, you learn how to make it best work for you. Overall though, I absolutely love this machine.

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

New home purchase in July 2023 came with this dishwasher. The unit is quiet and seems to clean ok. I wish they had put an explanation of the cycles in the quick guide. In October the door leaked a large amount of water on the floor. The builder contacted Samsung and they came out within a week. They ended up replacing the whole inside of the door a few weeks later. It seems other reviewers are having the same issue. I would steer clear of this dishwasher if I were purchasing.

I purchased my Samsung dishwasher five years ago. Had a brand new kitchen only appliances and had to replace it because the tub rusted out. Do not buy Samsung does not stand behind your products. The right thing to do is to replace the tub at their expense a tub should not be rusted out in five years when the dishwasher was hardly used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well. I like that the silverware basket and bottom tray stay in place. Drives me nuts with trays that come off the track to easy or are too light. Basket is balanced withour needing to worry about it tipping when emptying. Washer pops open at end of cycle to let out steam which is nice. Still figuring out the delay wash setup ,but otherwise very good dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an excellent upgrade over our previous GE unit. So much quieter. The only minor point of contention that we have found is that there is not quite the height clearance due to the silverware shelf on top. Still quite manageable and only pointing it out so that others may need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 10 year old high end dishwasher that was slowly aging. The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.
