It's starts with its sleek black, stainless steel appearance that perfectly matches the aesthetics of my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. The buttons on the top light-up and are easy to press. The door handle is built-in, so there is not an extra bar hanging off the front. It gives it a clean, crisp finish. I love that I can see how much time is left on the front of the dishwasher door without having to open anything. It's a light-up display when the dishwasher is turned on. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. One is adjustable which is super helpful when trying to clean larger items on the bottom and/or travel coffee mugs on the top rack. It is also easy to move back and forth - which makes it functional. I love the mini rack at the top - perfect for cleaning cup lids and silverware. I think that my silverware is cleaner because of the way it lays on the top rack. The water is able to get in between and my silverware is cleaner because of it. Finally, my favorite feature is that the door pops opens toward the end of the cycle. This allows the dishes to dry completely. They are completely dry when they come out - no more having to use a towel to finish drying the plates and cups after running a cycle. This is by far my favorite feature. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans with no issues. The main plus is that it is a supper quiet, sometimes to the point I am not sure I even started it. The only complaint is that one of the plastic connections cracked. Overall, I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher fits so elegantly in my recently remodeled kitchen. this is a front handle dishwasher in stainless steel and is easy to use. it is one of the quietest dishwasher i have ever used and works great. it has customizable cycle options and is very efficient to use. it has a storm wash technology and does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. the dishwasher has great capacity and helps arrange the dishes systematically. it connects to wifi and is easy to operate from the phone.

The only thing I don't like is on the bottom rack compared to the Samsung we replaced is that the bottom pegs are not straight. Plates and bowls do not site nicely like our previous model. Overall it's nice but plates and bowls don't stack well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a major upgrade for us, this dishwasher is incredibly quiet compared to our old one. The drying feature works amazing, and the additional top silverware tray makes sorting and seeing everythibg cane clean so much easier.

I purchased this "whisper quiet" and "so quiet you won't even know it's on" dishwasher in June of this year when we moved into our new home. Immediately I discovered that I could clearly hear the dishwasher, in fact I would even describe it as relatively loud. It is rated at 42 dBA, and my meter ratings had it pulsing as high as 63 dBA. It took awhile for me to get to arranging service as we had just moved in and had so much to do. When the Samsung repair people arrived, they had no concept of how loud it was supposed to be and told me that the machine was operating properly even though they themselves did a decibel measure that pulsed to 63 dBA. They called Samsung technical support who claimed -- out of the blue -- that the reading needed to be done TEN feet away from the machine. That reading STILL pulsed to the 50s, and Samsung tech support said that was within acceptable range. So quite frankly, I have no idea what the "42 dBA" advertised for this machine means. We have an open concept kitchen and purchased this dishwasher so that it could run while we were eating and we wouldn't hear it, which, as is clear by now, is absolutely not the case. I've attempted to continue to pursue my issue with Samsung. After my service appointment, I called in and I was given a claim number and told that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. No one called me. I called myself a week later and was told that my claim was cancelled as the service techs deemed there was "nothing wrong" with my machine, despite the meter readings they themselves did. I asked to be elevated to a supervisor and I am now awaiting that callback, if it ever happens. It's an absolute clown show. I am a GIANT Samsung customer -- I've purchased MULTIPLE phones, watches, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators -- EVERYTHING. I am normally very happy with their products and customer service, but they've absolutely browned the bed on this one. If you are expecting a machine that you "won't know it's on," DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I can't overstate the degree to which the product, and the subsequent service/support, has utterly failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the things I really like: 1. It's ultra quiet. We can't even tell it's on, it's so quiet. 2. Cleaning, so far, has been wonderful. Better than any previous dishwasher I've owned (and there have been many). 3. Everything is dry. We've never experienced that before. 4. The filter doesn't need cleaning daily. Things I'm not crazy about: 1. The door doesn't stay fully open in the loading position, so I need 2 hands to load (one to hold the bottom rack in position and one to grab dishes from the sink. The gasket below the door is stiff. I already had the installer come back and he says it's just the way it is. I've never seen this before. 2. The utensil basket doesn't fit my knives. I just need to get used to putting them in the 3rd rack instead. We've already broken the utensil basket because a knife got stuck in it and the top part of the basket broke off. I'm still getting used to this dishwasher as it's only been about 1.5 weeks but all in all I'm pretty satisfied with it and happy with my purchase. It was the final appliance I needed to have all Samsung appliances, so when my previous dishwasher died after only 5 years, I'm glad I picked this particular model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Samsung dishwasher StormWash+ 42 dBA with smart fry and front handles in stainless. I love the feature for the silverware on the top third rack. I've always wanted this feature and have found it's great to keep the silverware clear and more organized. I love the bottom rack that has the StormWash feature where I can put a pot in that corner and push the button to have extra power in washing that item. Great for pots that have has been really cooked in and need that extra screening action. I like that I can have a 12 place setting capability with in this great dishwasher. I can have a dinner party and not have to worry about having hours of hand washing dishes that don't fit because this dishwasher has the capacity to clean enough for twelve! I recommend this dishwasher especially for those families that need a lot of dishwashing because it'll save time and x scrubbing.
