Great Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet. It cleans great and dries to the bone. I hate pulling out dishes and they're still wet. It's very efficient and I particularly love controlling it from the SmartThings app on my phone. I'd definitely recommend, 10/10
Good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has great features and offers some customized washing experiences like the storm wash for heavily soiled items. I like the self cleaning cycle to save me time on maintenance. It reminds me to refill the rinse aid, and I also love the 3rd rack for lids and other small items. My dishes are always cleaned and sanitized, and it gives me confidence in knowing that my dishes are clean.
Absolutely Satisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung Auto Release Dishwasher. It cleans my dishes and is whisper quiet. I always go with Samsung products and didn't go wrong with this choice. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Love my new, very quiet dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with my new Samsung dishwasher with StormWash+ with Smart Dry. It has a beautiful fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish on the exterior but it also has a clean and shiny, stainless steel interior. The namesake feature, StormWash+, beautifully cleans even the dirtiest of dishes. Another one of the many features I love about my new dishwasher is the fact at 42dBA, you can barely hear it while it's in use. I have an open concept floorplan and used to always hear my old dishwasher gurgling and swishing along during the wash cycles, not so with my new Samsung! I’ve questioned if the dishwashing cycle was interrupted, went to check on it and the dishwasher was functioning perfectly, but so quiet you can barely hear it, what a treat. You can see on the control panel the amount of time left in the wash/dry cycle and there are also three led lights that let you know if the dishwasher is in the wash, rinse or dry mode. When you connect your dishwasher to the Samsung SmartThings application there’s no need to check on your super quiet dishwasher. The SmartThings app give you the ability to start, pause, stop, etc. remotely from your phone and if you like, it will alert you when your dishwashing cycle is complete. I love having a third rack at the top level to place the odd sized kitchen utensils such as spatulas, whisks, bottle openers and well as the tops to plastic wear. The center rack is easily adjustable up or down to help accommodate fitting more in the dishwasher, especially helpful when you have taller items like pitchers or large frying pans. The Smart Dry function with the AutoRelease Door system is yet another feature I love about my new dishwasher. Towards the end of the drying cycle the door to the dishwasher automatically pops open approximately 3 inches to allow for air circulation and to better aid in drying and it’s energy saving to boot. All in all, I’m very pleased with my selection of this Samsung dishwasher and I’m going to look to Samsung when purchasing a new range later this year.
Love it !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet it is. It cleans beautifully no matter what setting . Took a little while to learn how to use it with the electronics....had it only a month now but it's doing well. Delivery was great they made sure it was hooked up and cleaned up after themselves. And I love the look of it. The no fingerprints on is great, love the color easy to clean... the door pops open to help with drying . Love I can use my phone if I forget to turn it on...
Amazing Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dishwasher a few months ago as part of Samsung Insiders Review Program. I generally rate my dishwasher appliances under these criterias: 1) Ease of use and durability 2) Degree of cleanliness 3) Duration of cycles Here are my responses to my criterias above. 1) Incredibly easy to use. This dishwasher has three trays as seen in the picture which allows for multiple and various different items that can be washed in one cycle. The buttons, while they are tactile, are very response and very easy to use. 2) Very clean, and better than my prior generation of a different competing brand. I think what is important is that you choose the right clean cycle, i.e. heavy cycle for a large load of dishes and regular for something lighter. 3) The regular cycle is several hours but you have the optionality for an express cleaning which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this machine for those looking for a sleek and viable dishwasher for everyday use.
Very Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher has been great. I’m not Totally thrilled with the design but learning to work with it.
Very quiet, cleans well, dislike bottom rack pegs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well. The only thing I don’t like is on the bottom rack compared to the Samsung we replaced is that the bottom pegs are not straight. Plates and bowls do not site nicely like our previous model. Overall it’s nice but plates and bowls don’t stack well.
Worked great for about 20 months after purchase
This dishwasher worked great for about 20 months after purchase. One of the features I really liked is that the door opens slightly 15 minutes prior to the end of the drying cycle, to vent the steam and facilitate the drying process. However... after 20 months of daily use (I live alone), the detergent dispenser has now failed (doesn't open anymore) along with the rinse agent dispenser. I've also noticed that the upper rack is starting to rust. This thing is falling apart way too early.
Hi Jamie T, We understand how you feel about your dishwasher's detergent dispenser and rust build-up. Let us help you with this. We shared some tips and tricks to prevent rust in your dishwasher. 1. Check if it can be removed with a soft nylon pad. 2. For better results, mix baking soda with water to a paste-like consistency and rub the affected area. 3. Remember to always rub with the grain when cleaning stainless steel to prevent visible marks. (If rust comes off the surface is not corroded and it is not a defect of the product but a stain caused by foreign substances or debris. Run a short empty cycle to rinse out the inside of the tub.) 4. Be careful not to add foreign substances such as salts or small metal objects and clean out the filter from any debris left behind after washing to prevent rust stains from occurring. Poor Quality
I have had this dishwasher 1 1/2 years and already there is a crack in the top of the door and it is starting to separate. It is only me here and I use this only a few times a week when hosting dinners for guests so I wouldnt expect to see this already. It is very poor quality.
