Third rack configuration is awful. Doesn't hold anything. Unless they can send me a picture of the thought process for loading I don't get it Quite and does wash well.

It’s super quiet (you can barely tell it’s running) and it cleans really well—even tough, stuck-on dishes with the StormWash+ feature. The Smart Dry + AutoRelease door works great, so dishes come out noticeably drier than our old unit. I also really like the third rack for extra space and the black stainless finish looks premium in the kitchen. Overall, excellent performance, very quiet, and worth it.

The drying feature is nice too...no more opening up the dishwasher and all the pooled water dumps out. Everything you want your dishwasher to be!

The StormWash+ handles tough, dirty dishes well, and the Smart Dry does a good job. It’s reliable and works just as well as when we first got it. We definitely recommend it.

Do not order from Sam's Club if RXO is going to deliver the product. I bought this dishwasher a month ago and have had it installed for about three weeks and am still fighting RXO and Samsung to get somebody back out here to finish the installation. They hooked everything up except the security brackets, which apparently they threw away. My dishwasher hangs and tilts out of my cabinetry threatening to topple over every time I want to run a load, let alone merely opening it up. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from Home Depot or Lowes or the like who will actually finish a job and do it right.

RXO was supposed to install my new dishwasher and haul away my old one. The first time they came out, they said I needed to buy a drain extender and counter mounting bracket. This cost me $40 and meant I had to reschedule the instzll. The next visit, they said I needed a longer hose than what they brought. Another $25 and another reschedule. The 3rd time they came out, they couldn't figure out how to get the old dishwasher out so they quit on the job. I had to hire my own installer for an additional $350. So my supposed free install has now cost me more than $400. What a rip-off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is great. It's very quiet, can't even tell it's running. I love being able to manage it from my phone and the dishes are always clean. The delicate mode is nice as we can put our hand wash china in there with no issues.

If RXO is your carrier for delivery and installation, you should never buy this from Sam’s club. I purchased this dishwasher on 08/28/2024 on Sam’s club website because they offered free delivery, installation plus parts, and a haul-away. On the first visit, the technician didn’t bring the parts for installation (a power cord and water lines). They just left a dishwasher and asked me to reschedule the remaining services. It took me 5 days and multiple phone calls to reschedule the incomplete services. Finally, the second visit for the installation was rescheduled for 11am-3 pm on 09/20/2024. But, RXO failed to add the haul-away for the work order. I had to call RXO again. RXO refused to combine the installation and the haul-away on the same day. They instructed me to reschedule the haul-away separately. On the second scheduled service day, I discovered that RXO updated my service status to “unable to perform” just an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment window. This time the technician went to the wrong house at the wrong time. I immediately called RXO since they visited the wrong house less than 20 minutes ago. But, they didn’t help me contact the technician to revisit my house during the original appointment window. Instead, they told me to reschedule the installation for three days later. When RXO was trying to reschedule the installation for the third visit, I was still waiting to be contacted for the separate haul-away scheduling. If RXO is your carrier, you’ll never have your new dishwasher delivered and installed and an old one hauled away on the same day. RXO offered me zero customer service. They never called me back after telling me someone would get back to me. I initiated the return process of this dishwasher. Now I have to wait again for RXO to schedule the pick-up. Sam’s Club needs to find a better carrier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be happier. Dishwasher is almost silent, and dishes come out clean, dry, and streak free. Not completely sold on the adjustable height for the middle rack - seems like if lowered to accommodate wine glasses it is too low for large plates in the bottom, but the flexibility is nice. I liked the Bosch I had previously, but drying was an issue for that one.
