[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works great but the door doesn’t open completely or lay flat when loading. This makes it awkward to get dishes on the bottom rack into and out of the dishwasher. We had a service person in to check it out and he told us that was normal. No it isn’t. We’ve had many dishwashers including other Samsungs and this has never happened. I wouldn’t recommend it if this is ‘normal’ for this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher last year and we’re still very happy with it. It’s very quiet, and the dishes come out really clean every time. The StormWash+ handles tough, dirty dishes well, and the Smart Dry does a good job. It’s reliable and works just as well as when we first got it. We definitely recommend it.

Terrible warranty coverage, had for a year and a half and it is leaking from the drain to interior connection. Going to try and tighten the screws myself to see if it will seal it back up. You would think for the cost of this thing it would have a 2-3 year warranty especially with such a poor quality failure as this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans our dishes wonderfully and it is so quiet. The connected features are a nice bonus but the important thing is the cleaning. There arecl also multiple cleaning cycles for a quick wash or a deep clean wash for stuck-on food. It looks great in our kitchen too.

My previous competitor model took over 3 hours to clean and the motor broke down after 4 years. The drying function is also very efficient. The door opens automatically to remove moisture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet, but it does take longer than your older one that broke. The quality is really good, plates end up very clean, strom feature adds some pressure to clean old stuff and it somehow washes away the chemical smell when using any wash pads. All thee trays are useful with everything covered. The drying feature tends to work well.

If you are looking for a dishwasher that is super quiet, then you've found it. If you are looking for something that will hold your dishes, this isn't it. The top rack is adjustable, but to fit a pint glass, you have to lower it. There are only two settings. When you lower the top rack, standard plates don't fit on the bottom. If there were a mid-level setting for the upper rack, all would be perfect. Unfortunately, there isn't. Also, the door does not open flat. I don't have a clue why Samsung would design a door this way. If you try to load the bottom rack, you have to hold the door down to get the rack out. I wish I could return it, it is that bad. If you are thinking about buying this, don't waste your money. Get a Bosch instead. Far better product for design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So so good with this washer. We've had it for several months now and it cleans great. We particularly like being able to wash silverware on the top shelf rather than the basket - it's easier for older folks to use - less bending down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Auto opening. Dishes are completely dry when I get around to unloading it. storm wash cleans the worst of dishes. Almost completely silent. Can hardly tell it is running unless you're standing in front of it. My only complaint which is minor is the adjustable lower rack may be too adjustable the lines of posts rotate down a little too easily I seem to always be popping them back up.
