[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for over a month now and had had zero issues and it has a good number of racks and capacity for all types of dishes. All dishes have been cleaned appropriately, and the machine is super quiet while running to the point I have to check that it is still on sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just love how this dish washer is whisper quiet and i dont have to listen to a noisy dishwasher from the near by familyroom. i love how clean this dishwasher gets my dirty dishes and with the storm washstuck on food isnt a problem. having the air dry instead of coils on the bottom is a huge plus because i can put tupperware on the bottom rack and not worry about them melting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

Nice looking Dishwasher that opens door automatically after finished, which is great. However the rask parts are made weakly and already broke couple places within a few months of use. Also the water did not fully drain when cycle completed, but not sure if this is recent so put in a service request

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still early. I have had the dishwasher since Nov 22. My first observation is the power board is a little tricky when the door is shut. Other that than it is very quiet and the dishes are very clean.

After exactly 13 months (how convenient, just out of warranty) this piece of crap won't spray water at all!! I've checked everything and I cannot figure out the problem! No water means no cleaning! worked great before it didn't! checked to make sure no clogs and there wasn't. hoses all correctly installed so I just don't understand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so quiet, you can hardly hear it running. The top rack is awesome for utensils including chopsticks. The middle rack can be adjusted to fit larger items on the lowest rack. My dishes come out clean, shiny, and dry. There is a digital countdown on the front panel to show the estimated time remaining. The filters on the bottom are easy to remove for quick cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a GE that was less than a year old with this Samsung after having many issues with the GE one. The Samsung is significantly a better dishwasher in both function and noticeably better quality construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many dishwashers over the past 50 years, and this one is the best ever by far. It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. Everything about this dishwasher is better than the others, an I have tried them all.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I have bought this dishwasher 2 months ago, one leg collapsed and does not hold the weight of the dishwasher, the selector for wine glasses or coffee mugs is falling off, the water distributor underneath the middle rack is falling off constantly, and the third rack has 2 broken pieces that divides utensils. Very frustrating.
