After doing research and looking at a couple different models I am very glad we decided on this one.It is extremenly quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The only thing that takes getting used to is the door opening at the end of the cycle.

I am much happier with this one. Still get the auto opening door at the end of cycle and even though it's 3 decibels more, it's still very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung and own several Samsung items that connect with their Smart Things iOS app, which I appreciate. I had high hopes for this dishwasher due to it's modern design and technical features, such as its ultra quiet running, auto dry/opening of the door. The third flat rack also seemed like a nice feature. I installed the unit myself and it was not difficult to do. Took me about one hour between removing my old unit and installing the new. It seamlessly hooked up to WiFi via the Smart Things Samsung app. The dishwasher's black stainless exterior is gorgeous and all stainless interior tub is the best way to go! Where this unit falls flat, is the racks. The racks seem to be pretty cheap and my wife and I are still figuring out the best way to load all our dishes into it. I did have to call Samsung support after installation because I could not get the unit to work. Turns out the child lock was on, so it was a simple fix. Support was easy and quick to get on the phone. Apparently they are available 24/7 through text as well.

I have been using this dishwasher for the last couple of months and I am quite pleased with the Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel. First things first-it is quiet! So quiet that I can’t even hear it in the next room. Second, love the recessed handle, blends right in to the countertop. Third, it is roomy! We have large plates and it has previously been an issue fitting these into our old dishwasher, but no more. You are able to raise the top rack to fit larger items! Last but not least, it gets your dishes clean and looks great. Fits my other Samsung kitchen appliances. Love them all so much.

That being said, the dishwasher works flawlessly. It is extremely quiet compared to my three old Frigidaire appliance. And based on its performance to date I expect to get many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not done with our kitchen remodel so we have yet to run our new dishwasher, but we love it's sleek design abd color. Can not wait to have our kitchen finished with all new matching appliances.

First impression was not great - the racks seem flimsy and don't glide well, and the instructions are not good, even having some conflicting information. But finally none of that was a problem, and I gotta give 5 stars because it cleans the dishes so well, while being energy efficient. And the nice feature of popping open so the dishes can dry naturally, which makes sense since I usually run it overnight, so why waste energy and bake the dishes to dry. For the times when I run it in the middle of the day, the Smart Dry feature also works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have had in 40 years of owning a home. I love the settings and the modifications you can add to each setting. I use the "60 minute" for a quick ws and the "delay" when I want to hold off my start time. The flexibility in the rack postions are great and I just strated using the "storm wash" add on, Really great for baked on food. I like that I can see in my app where the washer is in the cycle. Great cleaning, easy to load and lots of goodies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so quiet, you can hardly hear it running. The top rack is awesome for utensils including chopsticks. The middle rack can be adjusted to fit larger items on the lowest rack. My dishes come out clean, shiny, and dry. There is a digital countdown on the front panel to show the estimated time remaining. The filters on the bottom are easy to remove for quick cleaning.

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.
