[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful black stainless-steel fingerprint resistant smart dishwasher that is probably the quietest dishwasher that I have ever owned. There have been times where I have forgotten that the dishwasher was actually running, if it wasn’t for the timer display on the front door. My last dishwasher I could hear on the second floor of my house. This dishwasher is full of amazing and options and features which I will go over on my review. This is a smart dishwasher that can be controlled via the Smart things’ application. The app allows you to set the washing features and send that cycle to the dishwasher. The application also allows you to monitor and cancel, pause and the end wash cycle. The app also allows you to download cycles which are not available as button options such as a Baby care, Self-Clean, Pot and Pans and plastic. This washer features 7 wash cycles and a Smart Dry with the auto release door. The smart-dry cycle circulates the warm air and opens the door a few inches for better drying performance and so far, every time that I have used the function, it has worked great. Everything comes out the dishwasher nice and dry. The wash cycles can be paired with High temp wash and the sanitize option. The High temp wash rinse the dishes during the main wash with hot water to improve the cleaning performance and the Sanitize option uses hot water in the final cycle of the wash to sanitize everything. Another key feature of this dishwasher is the StormWash+ option. The StormWash+ option uses the dual arms and the spray jets to deliver more water for a better cleaning performance. I use this feature every time we do our dishes and our dishes could not be any cleaner. One of my favorite features of this dishwasher is the Pre-Blast cycle. The Pre-Blast cycle is about a 10-minute cycle that pretty much removes any stuck-on and stubborn foods. I have tested this feature out with some of our pots and pans before the actual wash cycle and it will remove all those stubborn stuck on food and you will no longer have to rinse anything before placing them in the dishwasher. Overall, my family and I love our new Samsung StormWash+ dishwasher. It has cut out our pre-rinse process and our dishes come out of the dishwasher looking brand new and the best part is that we don’t even know it is working while it’s at hard at work cleaning all of our daily dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a great job getting dishes washed. My previous Kenmore I could never say that. Bottom rack is the biggest knock against it. Just suitable for plates. Glasses and bowls on middle rack fills in a hurry. Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher operates very quietly, and the dishes come out spotless after each cycle. Initially, we used the normal wash cycle (2 hours), which left the dishes very clean. Recently, we tried the quick wash cycle (1 hour), and it performed just as well as the normal wash. This is an excellent and quiet dishwasher that I highly recommend.

I purchased this dishwasher on June 19, 2022 and it stopped working after only having it for a little over a year. The repair cost is almost the same amount as purchasing a brand new machine. Samsung DOES NOT stand behind their products and refuse to help with our situation. I will never purchase ANY Samsung products in the future. Their warranties too, begin when the store we purchased the dishwasher from received it. Not when we purchased and registered it. How can a company claim to sell "green" products when they die just after a year of use?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Our previous dishwasher was installed in the home in 1999. The difference is amazing. It’s so much quieter that you hardly know it’s on at all. The timer that can be seen from the top and on the front is a great indicator that it’s on and how long is left. This can be checked on the app as well. Having the door pop open when it’s finished is a very nice feature as it helps vent any steam left over in the dishwasher. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and pots and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feature set of this model. It is quiet and the racks well organized. But, we've had installation issues. The unit doesn't fully drain the water at the end. After multiple visits by Samsung techs and plumbers, the issue appears to be with the unit itself. We are waiting on a replacement. I would like to review it again after that occurs and the issues are resolved.

I purchased my Samsung dishwasher five years ago. Had a brand new kitchen only appliances and had to replace it because the tub rusted out. Do not buy Samsung does not stand behind your products. The right thing to do is to replace the tub at their expense a tub should not be rusted out in five years when the dishwasher was hardly used

For highly soiled dishes normal setting will do just fine. I love that you can customize it too based of the kinds of dishes so you don't have to worry melting something

The silverware sliding rack frees up so much space, and the third rack makes loading effortless. It runs whisper quiet (we barely notice it’s on), yet I still get alerts and notifications so I always know when it’s done. The sleek, fingerprint-resistant design keeps it looking clean in our busy kitchen, and the smart features make it incredibly easy to use. Samsung has impressed me across the board with performance, style, and innovation. Highly recommend!

Nothing but issues with this dishwasher. I owned this for just over a year. 4 months later, i got a Leak error. 9 months later another leak error. 12 months later another leak error. Now, not even 30 days past my last service, I got another leak error. Worst part is now I'm out of warranty. This product was a big LEMON. It's so frustrating because of all the time we didnt have the dishwasher waiting to get it serviced, not to mention needing to be present for the dishwasher to be fixed.
