Seriously whatever big and small pots pans even hard food. Cleans with ease. it doesn't seem to even make this beauty break a sweat. The dishes come out clean santaitized and spot free. And The fact Samsung smarthings smart ecosystem is on deck. It has our family fighting over who gets to dishes next lol. We love The big digital timer on the front. Simple effective lets us know exactly how long until we can unload. Also a notice on your mobile device or Samsung Smart refrigerator makes it even better. The easy to use adjustable racks are so awesome and useful for on the fly changes to fit you different dishes. I also love the revamped soap and jet dry dispensers. Every thing is so well thought out You can definitely tell Samsung was listening to us and made a special dishwasher to rule all dishwashers lol. Honestly if your on the fence because maybe a dishwasher has let you down in the past. Jump off and Stop doing those dishes by hand. let Samsung jet wash+ this true diamond in the kitchen do the dirty work. It will definitely leave your dishes clean and a smile on your face. I know one thing for sure my family loves it. And I bet yours will also.

I bought this dishwasher 9 months ago. Recently, the plastic part used to pull the door open got partly broken. We have only used the dishwasher as intended, therefore it points to a design defect. However, Samsung refuses to cover this under the warranty. When I called the customer service, they even blamed it on me.

Purchased this dishwasher in Black Stainless in February 2025. I upgraded from a GE dishwasher purchased in 1988, so I was definitely expecting a better cleaning experience, but this thing is incredible. I have affectionately nicknamed it Harry Houdini as it makes food, grime, grease, etc disappear with little to no pre-wash or rinsing required. I installed this dishwasher myself and it was extremely simple. I do wish important cycles, such as Self-Clean, were available directly on the dishwasher as opposed to only in SmartThings. Regardless, so far I'm ecstatic with my dishwasher purchased.

Upon arrival the dishwasher seemed very well built. The unit is very quiet when running, does a fantastic job cleaning my dishes. The notifications via WiFi are great.

Our previous appliance banged the dishes around and was literally so loud you could hear it from the second floor. The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

Once we ended up getting this done professionally, it works perfectly. It has a multitude of settings that can be controlled with your phone as well as the device. I am so incredibly happy with this dishwasher that I wish I had gotten it a year ago!
