These tenderloins are fantastic. It’s so hard to find great steaks in the general store chain, let alone local meat markets. These are a product I will buy again and again without hesitation. So deliciously tender and good quality meat

Need to cut some fat off for what the price is after I cut fat it’s not much meat come on it’s prime tenderloin. I should have very little fat. Need to do better

Not the best tenderloins - the stickers on the package cover where there are pockets of fat between the muscles. The silverskin is still on and the marbling was mediocre.

I was so sad to get filets that were mushy for my July 4th cookout. I did everything right, I've never had mushy steak in my life until today. These were poor cuts of meat passed off as prime.

These are our go to steaks. My husband make them so good, I would never order steak at a restaurant because it won't compare. Steaks are always fresh, tender and flavorful.

The Steaks I purchased we terrible - lots of gristle. I purchase steaks at least 5 times a year from Sam's, and they are always delicious and NEVER have gristle. Not sure what happened with this batch.

portion sizes where way less then expected and not even in size was expecting closer to 3 lbs and received less then 2 pounds not a problem this time but if for a hosted dinner it would hav been.

Bought prime filets and there was a lot of silverskin and gristle on the meat. Used to be good meat but you guys are cutting corners. Get some new butchers.

I beat the steaks with a meat hammer, then reshape them and wrap the outer edge in bacon, pour a little Worcester sauce on and some salt and pepper. They are absolutely delicious.

I have bought Filet at other High End grocery stores. They could never compare with what I got in Restaurants. These were every bit as tender as any I have had.
