The issue with these is they are inconsistent. Sometimes absolutely outstanding and sometimes tough and not so flavorful. Sam's is our go-to place to buy meat, but this meat is so expensive per pound that we expect it to ALWAYS be good

These are our go to steaks. My husband make them so good, I would never order steak at a restaurant because it won't compare. Steaks are always fresh, tender and flavorful.

Leo in the Meat Dept was amazing! He cut me fresh meat that I requested as there was none in the case. He was helpful, gracious and did an amazing job. The Steaks were amazing!

It was inedible. No flavor or texture. It was like mush in the middle. Wonder if they are injecting blood or water in it. Just a terrible waste of $80.00

Not sure if the father's day steaks were this same quality, but they were more like sirloin. Not tender at all, and not the typical flavor of a tenderloin. Very disappointed.

The steaks were very tough and not tender at all. A prime steak, particularly a Prime "Filet, should be nice and tender and flavorful. These were neither!!

Sans prime is worth it!
