Very tender and excellent flavor! So much better than paying $40-$50 for a prime filet at a restaurant!

I am not a big steak person. In fact, I typically eat maybe 3 or 4 steaks in a year's time. This cut of prime filet was so tender that i have already cooked two of the steaks in one month.i highly recommend if you're a steak lover or eat steaks sparingly as I do!

Member's Mark Prime Beef Tenderloin is consistently the best steak that we cook at home. Highly recommend.

Best there ever was

Bought 2 packages of filets for a birthday dinner. They looked so good in the packaging but after opening, the underside of the steaks had so much fat hidden underneath that hadn’t been trimmed off. I paid almost $30 a pound for about 4.5 pounds and there was probably a full pound of fat that I trimmed off. I will never buy these again. I’ve included a picture of the fat and gristle that was cut off.

Steaks had a lot of fat and gristle. Usually they are better trimmed than these.

3 of the 4 steaks were perfect however one of them was full of fat and gristle. When you pay $52 for steaks you expect them all to be quality not 75%.

Hit and miss. Sometimes they’re great, but I’ve also had these tenderloins come out tasting like hot dogs. For the price, this is unacceptable. I eat a lot of steak, and use thermometers to reverse sear them, so the cooking is not the issue.

For prime filet one pcs was full of fat when you flipped it over they hid it well
