These were so good. I grilled for 5 minutes on each side and they were medium-rare. They were so delicious and like totally melted in your mouth. All I used was a little SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) and a salt-free steak seasoning. Melted a slice of butter on them right after I pulled them off the grill. You woulda thought you died and went to heaven, they were so good.

These are the best steaks! We get them frequently. They are a thick cut so we can usually get 3 meals for the two of us from a package. They are always tender and perfect for grilling.

Good steak is expensive but I don't buy or eat it often so why not splurge. These were delicious and 4 filets were enough to feed the 4 of us. Still cheaper than eating Filet Mignon at a restaurant.

Fantastic prime filers. In a package of 4. Very economical. Coooked in an air fryer and were moist and tender. Just excellent. Will always buy from Sam’s from now on.

Steaks are excellent have bought them multiple times. However when pre-packged they are very inconsistent in size, they should all be uniformly sized. When ever possible I prefer to buy them out of the meat case so I can pick each one. Unfortunately there is almost never a butcher avialable to service the case.

Have to say I was disappointed with this purhase, The price of filet Mignon was within reason, but the cut was not to the quality I expected. Sam's meats have in general been within reason, however on this particular package, two of the 4 cuts were very good as expected, but the other 2 were fatty and gristly, what is worse these two were hidden under the price sticker and not visible to inspection. That was not fair. If that continues, I will have to buy elsewhere.

Sometimes, rarely, can you get a package of good filet here at Sam's Club because 99% of the time they put the price sticker on the front to cover the two pieces of junk meat that was probably cut from the tip instead of the middle of the filet. Meh.

We bought these filets to make a special meal for good friends. There was gristle in them which made them less than desirable and we were embarrassed. We thought we had gotten a good package but, sadly, not. This is the second package we bought that wasn't that good. Won't be buying them again.

Gristle! Really! I one piece was mainly gristle and definitely not prime beef! Another one had a little but someone should be fired for packing that one piece in there!

I am typically a very satisfied Sam’s customer but this is my first time trying your prime beef and I was pretty disappointed. The density of the muscle and the amount of connective tissue (grizzle) suggested that Cal was actually part of the bovine cross country track team instead of the well fed, feed lot princess that is USDA prime. I’m afraid that killed any future purchase of steaks from Sam’s. He’s too fast. I’ll get him those rifles in there that
