A premium cut should have the “chain” removed. However very nice steaks if you don’t mind to trim it properly yourself.

I'm not a meat expert but this melts in your mouth and has a great taste. To me this is restaurant quality.

These are the best steaks! We get them frequently. They are a thick cut so we can usually get 3 meals for the two of us from a package. They are always tender and perfect for grilling.

Good steak is expensive but I don't buy or eat it often so why not splurge. These were delicious and 4 filets were enough to feed the 4 of us. Still cheaper than eating Filet Mignon at a restaurant.

I bought two 4-packs. Half of them were super tender. Half of them couldn't be fully eaten because of the gristle. Disappointing, especially for the price and for PRIME beef.

i buy all my meats from here. inn the last few months the quality has diminished. tough steaks..less flavor..more $. I think maybe you all changed suppliers.

3 of the 4 steaks were perfect however one of them was full of fat and gristle. When you pay $52 for steaks you expect them all to be quality not 75%.
