Yummy! I am super picky about steak and only eat filet because it’s tender and usually not grizzly. These were perfect! Zero grizzle and lots of flavor. Won’t be buying filet anywhere else unless it’s at my local meat market.

Used to have my steaks shipped in from a famous steakhouse at 3 times the price per pound. These prime filets are so flavorful and so tender that I'll buy these from now on!

Filet was horrible. $71 of supposed good meat, wife mixed it with hamburger and ground it up. Still bad but edible with lots of condiments. I love filet but this was worse than any meat I have esten

Not the best tenderloins - the stickers on the package cover where there are pockets of fat between the muscles. The silverskin is still on and the marbling was mediocre.

I beat the steaks with a meat hammer, then reshape them and wrap the outer edge in bacon, pour a little Worcester sauce on and some salt and pepper. They are absolutely delicious.

Beware of Prime Tenderloin steaks. 2 of the 4 pieces were from the small end of the tenderloin and were very chewy. Very poor cut by the meat cutters, especially for prime steak!!

Need to cut some fat off for what the price is after I cut fat it’s not much meat come on it’s prime tenderloin. I should have very little fat. Need to do better

Thick and very tasty. I reverse-sear our steaks, and find that thin cuts (under 1 inch) don’t work as well. These were perfect. Cooking them to 115 degrees followed by 90 seconds per side in a hot skillet made for tender and juicy steaks.

I was so sad to get filets that were mushy for my July 4th cookout. I did everything right, I've never had mushy steak in my life until today. These were poor cuts of meat passed off as prime.

This is what we usually purchase and they are usually fork tender and melt in your mouth yummy. This pack was not. I’m not sure if I chose a bad marbling or if it was a tough cow, but it wasn’t as good as usual.
