Purchased this to make individual Beef Wellingtons. The quality of the beef was excellent and the price can’t be beat!

these are excellent cuts, trimmed nicely, and cooked up wonderfully. Expensive but worth splurging for special occasions.

Prime Meat- best deal around. It can be difficult to find 4 good steaks- they always put 1 not so great one in. The cutters need more training.

Beware of Prime Tenderloin steaks. 2 of the 4 pieces were from the small end of the tenderloin and were very chewy. Very poor cut by the meat cutters, especially for prime steak!!

Used to have my steaks shipped in from a famous steakhouse at 3 times the price per pound. These prime filets are so flavorful and so tender that I'll buy these from now on!

Filet was horrible. $71 of supposed good meat, wife mixed it with hamburger and ground it up. Still bad but edible with lots of condiments. I love filet but this was worse than any meat I have esten

We absolutely love grilling and eating these prime filets. It seems like you can't get a decent steak in Abilene. Either the chef doesn't know how to cook them right or it's tougher than John Wayne. Sam's sells some of the best steaks in Abilene.

Bought prime filets and there was a lot of silverskin and gristle on the meat. Used to be good meat but you guys are cutting corners. Get some new butchers.

We have purchased steaks, including entire beef tenderloins, at Sam's for years and have never been disappointed. The service in the butcher shop is always polite, efficient and professional. Great products and service!
