Prime Meat- best deal around. It can be difficult to find 4 good steaks- they always put 1 not so great one in. The cutters need more training.

4 packs always have 2 good steaks, and 2 put together with scraps!! Every single pack was like this, slidell Louisiana.

Always wonderfully tasty! But, always buy 1 more than you need. There is always one, when turned over, is mostly fat and gristle.

these are excellent cuts, trimmed nicely, and cooked up wonderfully. Expensive but worth splurging for special occasions.
