Freon Leak

2 years old and a freon leak. Not covered under 5 years parts and labor because excluded under sealed system? Makes no sense. Said will cover parts but Labor is big $. Plus now big service fee by its Samsung approved dealer? No urgency with a freon leak? Very disappointed

Great quality and great deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge. We replaced a 20 year old unit that was on its last leg. We have been very pleased with it so far (1 month old) no problems at all. Works well with the smart things app. Lots of room for being a counter depth fridge. Only complaint is that it could have more drawers for item separation in the fridge and freezer side. Definitely worth a purchase.

Best fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife just receive this fridge today never thought that color would go good with the rest of the kitchen but it did. We plug the fridge in started running very quiet, it looks like it can hold all of our things for that we have from the old fridge. The drawers are perfect for my toddler son to easily get into the fridge. My favorite feature of this fridge is the flex drawer where I can put things in flat like a cake without having any problems , it was easy for it to slide out. I also like that it has more space in the freezer area that I can put more things in.

Beautiful and spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung fridge. It is beautiful and spacious. My family and I recently purchased land and are building a new home and this fridge is perfect. I love the color and overall design. It fits perfectly flush with our counters and with the handles being recessed instead of on the front of the doors it really looks sleek. I also like how much room is in the door. A gallon of milk and tea can easily fit in one of the bins. The adjustable top shelf is so handy, I no longer struggle to find a place for hard to fit items and it makes organizing much easier. I have two rowdy boys and am happy to say that the fingerprint resistance feature really works, I was impressed. It is fantastic fridge!

Mostly fine, with frustrating lack of LED light

for the most part, i'm very happy with the refrigerator -- i like the counter depth, the water filter lasts about 6 months for a family of 3, and the shelves are laid out thoughtfully (although i would have liked to see a mid-level snack tray in the refrigerator). but there is one very baffling and extremely frustrating issue with this model -- there is no lighting whatsoever in the water/ice dispenser alcove, which means it's very difficult to see what you're doing. this can often result in either water or ice being spilled on the floor. i attached some adhesive battery-operated led lights with motion sensors which help a bit, but there is really no excuse for a refrigerator at this price point to not have a built-in led light for the water/ice dispenser.

Great so far!

Only downside is that shelving is fixed so I can't change height and some soda containers and other things can't be stood up unless I use the door shelves. Choose a bigger model if you have a larger family would be ny suggestion. Looks nice though and so far, no problems with it.

after 14 months ice maker stopped working

we have had this fridge for 14 months now and the ice maker has stopped working. did the self test, unplugged it, etc. self test passes, but no water is getting into the ice cube tray. the solenoid valve makes a buzzing instead of clicking sound, so it seems it is already defect. submitted for service, hopefully samsung can fix this under warranty

No light on ice-water dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Positives: Refrigerator cools down quickly and keeps food cold. Interior design provides great view of all items, top to bottom, and allows good ergonomic access to all areas. Internal lighting is great. Temperature settings inside the door display current temperature in refrigerator and freezer and allow options for lower temperatures if needed. Negatives: External-door ice-water dispenser does not have a light. This is insane that anyone would design an ice-water dispenser this way. At night, you can't see how much ice your putting in your glass. The bin for the ice (inside the freezer) is far too small and the ice maker does not make ice frequently enough. At it's coldest setting, the freezer is not quite as cold as my old refrigerator that broke (probably 15-years old or more). I'm guessing this is a so-called "Energy Saving" feature, which was built into the design of this new model, but it is not a smart idea if it doesn't keep your frozen items cool enough. If I would have known these facts prior to my purchase, it probably would have been a deal-breaker. If you eat ice all the time, like I do, and want to see what's going in your glass at the dispenser, then this refrigerator is not for you.

Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. The ice maker can make approximately two trays of ice every 3 hours. If it is not, please check this link for helpful details. Then, the freezer will be slightly chilled, and the motor will run smoothly. 4. Wait until the refrigerator reaches the set temperature. Now the refrigerator is ready for use. Happy Samsung counter-depth refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Samsung refrigerator. My first was a counter-depth, side-by-side with the preview door on the frighted side, loved this refrigerator unfortunately Samsung no loner offers this model. The new one get purchased is an excellent replace for the previous model very happy. For a 22 cu. ft. very space efficient, the wifi integration is easy to setup and provides me direct alerts if a door is left open and with kids this is a great feature. One improvement for be a more robust ice maker, my view it's too small.

Greens and veggies are getting spoiled

The house came with this model when we bought the home, the manufacture date shows June 2021. Just stumbled upon this page and saw so many people have the same issue as ours, the greens and veggies are getting over freezing and getting spoiled, is there a fix for this and can we still contact support to fix this?
