We've had one for 5 years at our main home and liked it so much we bought another when it was time to replace the fridge at our winter place. Cools great, more than enough room for 2 or 3 people, really power efficient. No light on the ice and water dispenser, but that's not a show stopper. Looks beautiful too. No handles but easy to open anyway. We're super happy, thank you Samsung!!

I fell in love with the look but as the saying goes, everything that looks good is not always good. My refrigerator died after 5 years. I lost a lot of food due to the fridge side freezing food and the freezer side melting. 💵 😞 Repairman warned me that he has to service this brand quite frequently. 👋🏽

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is great. It keeps everything cold. I know it doesn't sound like much but it is very cold. No matter what is in there, it keeps it at the perfect temperature. It has a alarm you can set if the door is left open and the fridge and freezer are both very spacious. I have all the Samsung appliances and washer and dryer and it is all easily controlled by my phone or watch. I highly recommend it.

One thing I think it could be improved upon it would be to have a light in the water dispenser area for when you getting a glass of water at night that would be nice. Otherwise it's a great refrigerator

The fridge was an excellent price but the inability to adjust shelves and bins in both freezer and fridge is disconcerting. The literature stated one shelf could be adjusted but there was none. The nozzle to get water out of the door is way too forward. I have some glasses that miss the nozzle, creating a mess. Thinking I would get used to both of these features is not working. Finally adjusted to no door handles, but initially cut the top of my hand reaching for the wrong with the wrong hand. A solid average appliance but noisy.

With a little tight clearance, the lack of handles is a plus for me. The clean lines with the vertical reveal lends a more contemporary look, perfect for my kitchen

I also have a lovely smart oven by the same company and it makes baking so much easier being able to set oven timers with my smart speaker.
