The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.

    Looks great but the storage on the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is not that much, it’s much smaller than our old GE counter depth refrigerator. So glad we still have that in our garage as the storage capacity is so much more.

    Clean fit and a smart layout

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older French door refrigerator with this 22 cu. ft. counter-depth side-by-side, and it sits nearly flush with our counters, which makes the kitchen look much cleaner. The side-by-side layout makes it easy to see everything in both the fridge and freezer at a glance, and the adjustable shelves and deep door bins hold a lot. It cooled down quickly after installation, the in-door ice and water dispenser is convenient, and the stainless finish looks modern and wipes clean easily. Very happy with the space and layout so far.

    Dream Fridge

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this refrigerator review is for this model: Samsung - 30 in. Wide 22 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Water Dispenser - Stainless Steel, Model: RF22A4221SR/AA SKU: 6471965 This is as close to a dream fridge as we could come! We have a very limited space for a refrigerator, so we did not have high hopes for finding a side-by-side style. When we came across this beauty, we said, "Sold!". Here's what we love: - LOTS O' SPACE: Its very large interior space for food, even though its exterior is quite compact. Second benefit here...it's easy to fit in smaller kitchens! -NICE TEMPERATURE: everything is kept at the perfect temperature. Depending on your preference, you may need to tweak it, but the intuitive temperature gauge is easy to navigate. - DEEP DOOR SHELVES: both doors have DEEP shelves which allow us to place often-needed items (milk, condiments, water, etc.) here that make it much easier to access and keep organized. - EFFICIENT STORAGE: the second shelf can be moved into the second slot, creating a low-profile shelf space for low-profile items like butter, eggs, tortillas, food containers for cream cheese, hummus, and organizing trays for loose items like chocolates, nuts, etc. The benefit? EFFICIENT storage!!! No wasted space for those low-profile items! - MAGNIFICENT MEAT 'n CHEESE DRAWER: The awesome meat and cheese tray! We are SO pleased with this low-profile, but deep tray that sits below the fruit and veggie drawers. It allows us to store all our deli meats, sausages, cheeses in this easy-to-access area of the fridge. No more stacking and letting meats and cheeses go bad due to them being lost underneath each other or allocated to the back of a deep drawer where no one ever goes! - DING, DING, DING GOES THE FRIDGE: the pleasant "ding-ding" when any door is left open. Wow! This already has saved us from food warming up or increased energy bills. In fact, our last fridge's seals were so bad and the doors often didn't shut properly...these are very nice doors that stay put, but if one of us didn't close one, it lets us know! - LET THERE BE ICE: the ice machine is so lovely and placed in the very easy-to-reach top sliding drawer of the bottom freezer. There is always plenty, and the "banana" shaped cubes are so nice for water bottles and high ball glasses. - TOP FREEZER TRAY: this tray is perfect for frozen fruits, desserts and other often-used items, keeping them organized and easy to access. - DEEP BOTTOM FREEZER: the bottom of the freezer is separated into two DEEP compartments. We purchased two organizing trays which allows us to vertically stack our frozen chicken, veggies, waffles, etc. from front to back so they are easy to see and access. A pizza box or two can also fit on top of the stacked items, and even allows the ice drawer to open and close as well. What I don't particularly love: - while this fridge is wonderful because of its spacious interior and compact exterior, this particular model does not have handles on the doors. Instead, there are slots on top and at the bottom of both fridge doors. This isn't too much of a big deal, but it does end up leaving finger prints on the doors which I need to clean every other day...or live with finger prints. - Because this is a fairly compact design, it's often necessary to open both doors to access things like the meat and cheese drawer, or if we need to access several items—not a huge deal, but it's somewhat of an annoyance. - Other than that...we absolutely LOVE this fridge! It's a game changer!
