[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought my refrigerator two years ago. Works perfectly, we have had no problems since we installed the unit. Smartthings integration works well, I get notifications on my cell phone if there is a door open.

The house came with this model when we bought the home, the manufacture date shows June 2021. Just stumbled upon this page and saw so many people have the same issue as ours, the greens and veggies are getting over freezing and getting spoiled, is there a fix for this and can we still contact support to fix this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago. I was attracted to its simplicity. Overall, it works well. The doors get a bit heavy when fully stacked so "automatically closing" does not happen at times. Also the ice dispenser is a bit slow.

It's a fridge that fits in my tight fridge space... and that's about the best I can say for it. The shelves are not adjustable, the freezer space is much smaller than my last fridge of the same dimensions, there is no light on the ice/water maker which is just cheap. Speaking of - the water dispenser nozzle is too far out meaning when you press a glass against the dispenser button, the water dispenses in front of the glass - and I'm talking a pint glass or other full-size glassware, not a sippy cup. This means holding the glass out and pushing the button with your finger, which isn't optimal (or sanitary, or easy for guests who aren't aware of this). My icemaker continues to make ice even when it's turned off - and even after having two service calls and a part replaced which didn't fix this. I do like the fingerprint-resistant finish - it does get prints and smudges but they wipe off with just a towel. And you WILL get prints and smudges since there are no exterior handles and fingers nearly always touch the exterior when grabbing the pocket handle. But on to the con for the exterior/finish - The stainless is SUPER thin and not very durable - I've ended up with a bunch of small dents after less than a year; I can't even figure out how they got there as they are near the top edge, not where anyone would ever touch or brush against. While I like the sleek appearance, the dents detract from the look, and I'm concerned about how poor the exterior will look 5 or 10 years down the road. Add in the function issues, and overall I can't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it! Biggest fridge I have ever had so much room in the door can put gallons in there.even the really oddly shaped gallons fit. It has a digital reading of the temperature which I love. My milk is always the perfect temperature. The ice machine is actually pretty quiet while making ice and you can remove the entire tub if you want which is cool. It cubes and crushes ice and the water is perfectly chilled. So much space in the freezer as well and big door shelves I like for bagged veggies. The draws on the bottom are unique the have a little flap on the top that opens up when you pull the draw to make it more accessible to reach the stuff in the back of the draw. It is a very sharp looking fridge, I am not sure about the fingerprint resistant part but maybe i just have super sweaty hands. Way better then the last white one i had in comparison to fingerprints they are not at all noticeable. The door handles are inside between the doors and the seal is very good. Just dont open both doors at the same time will pinch your finger.

There's not much that has changed in refrigeration technology from when I bought my first one 40 years ago. Essentially they all do the same thing, keep your food cold. I've seen trends come and go with all sorts of designs and weird features. This refrigerator however keeps everything classic, but gives it a modern twist. Not many people are into side by side these days, but after experience with top and bottom, and french door, side-by-side is what I feel fits my needs best in regards to accessing my food quickly. The door handles are hidden which gives this a sleek look. The ice maker makes ice, the water dispenser dispenses it. It does everything it needs to and it does it gracefully. There's no loud machines whirring or shaking. It runs super quiet which was a must for us as we live in a smaller space with an open concept floor plan. The 10 year warranty on the compressor gives us peace that our investment is going to last as well. I had a small issue which samsung support quickly addressed so you know you have the backing of one of the best and biggest companies in the game right now. Bottom line, if you're looking for side-by-side, you will be hard pressed to find anything better than this refrigerator.

Its sleek and modern design fits perfectly in my kitchen and it's just the right size for our family of 5. Exterior is very easy to clean as well as the inside. It's perfect with the exception of 2 minor things, the ice maker and non adjustable shelves. The ice maker is a bit slow and does take a while to refill. The shelves are not adjustable so soda bottles only fit in one section. Other than these small items, this fridge is a definite recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking to update our old 19-year-old refrigerator to a new one, I was able to find a new Samsung Counter Depth Stainless Steel refrigerator that was bigger and more efficient than my old one. The new Samsung refrigerator has the standard water and ice available from the outside of the fridge. I can barely hear any noise when the unit is running and when it dumps a fresh batch of ice. The inside of the refrigerator was much bigger than I expected and there are plenty of shelves along with spaces on the door to fit all of my regular groceries and more. I can finally see everything organized in a well lit and cool environment. I like the fact that you can set the digital temperature for the freezer and the refrigerator and also activate a power cool to help with faster circulation of air. You can also turn on the door open alarm so that it beeps when a door has been left open. It is a good reminder when I take too much time to and can save more energy by closing the doors faster. I am happy to have such a well-built unit from Samsung and would recommend this unit to my friends, family, and coworkers without any hesitation.
