We've only had the refrigerator all week, but things seem to be going OK. We chose this model because it was a side-by-side and one of the few like that were counter depth. We definitely miss the door and door on our old refrigerator.

We needed a refrigerator to fit in an older home and this one works great. Still super spacious but doesn't stick out too far. I love how quiet it is and how quickly it cooled off! Really happy thus far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a big fan of this kind of freezer. Recently I had an issue with the ice maker. It would just make noice all the time. It was so loud, I ended up pulling the cord removing all Food. I let all ice melt and magically it is working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is well designdd overall. The capacity is not bad for a standard size side by side. The ice machine despenser takes a bit long time before it starts dispensing ice, making you wonder if its broken, if you are not familiar with the refrigerator. It does freeze ice cubes rather well/efficiently to keep you in good supply of ice. Back to the refrigerator and freezer itself, both are well designed and use space efficiently. A good refrigerator overall.

I like the controls on the inside the refrig door. It's not a large refrigerator but it works good for my wife and me. In fact the only thing I would have liked to see is a motion activated light in the water/ice dispenser that turns on a light as I'm filling Ice or water. Also if you have narrow mouth glasses the water jet can hit your hand instead of the glass so I have to rotate the glass so my fingers are to the back hitting the lever which pushes the glass far enough out... But pretty minor stuff...

The capacity is perfect for our family. I love how we are able to control the cooling. It's extremely energy efficient as well. The handles provide an ergonomic feel. 10/10 would recommend
