no even temperature in refrigerator
some my vegetables got freezing in the refrigerator. the temperature is so not even. i have used it for 2 months and set the temperature to 5 ℃,still not working. just required repair service. hope they could fix it. i am a great samsung fan. i bought my washer, dryer and refrigerator from it. but it's disappointing to have this one.

We Love Our Samsung Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new Samsung 22 cu. ft. refrigerator last week and have been absolutely thrilled with it! Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, it was a welcome sight when it arrived. The delivery guys were very friendly and did an amazing job installing the new one and taking out the old one. I think they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Our first reaction was to the sleekness of the design. All the door handles are recessed so that there is nothing protruding from the doors…even the water/ice dispenser. One of the first things I did was to check the fingerprint resistant finish. It did not let me down. We have four kids so there are many fingers that touch the doors each day. It is nice not to constantly wipe the fingerprints off. After installation we ran the power cool and power freeze cycles for around 3 hours until we were able to put our groceries back in. The installers suggested making ice and dumping it out around 3 times before using the ice and pouring out a glass of water every so many hours for a day until the water was flushed through the system. We did this and the ice and water are working exactly as expected. My wife especially likes the fact that we can choose between crushed ice and cubed. One of the best features is the capacity of the door bins. With 4 kids, we go through a lot of milk so we always have multiple gallons on hand each day not to mention the bottles of various fruit juices and sodas. We actually found ourselves with some extra room. Speaking of room, the top shelf can adjust so that we can put the larger bottles up there too. With 22 cubic feet of space between the freezer and refrigerator sides, there is more than enough room for all of our snacks and groceries. Another feature that has already been tested over the past few days is the door alarm. After 2 minutes of being open the refrigerator lets out an audible alarm. There is an option of turning this feature off, but we definitely will never. Overall, this is the our very first brand new refrigerator and we are not disappointed. In the future, we will definitely put Samsung on the top of our list. I definitely and whole heartedly recommend the Samsung RS22T5201SR/AA to everyone.
Plenty of Space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when I received my new refrigerator. One of the coolest thing is the finger print resistance - you can hardly see any prints and it's so easy to wipe off. I enjoy the all around cooling and the in case ice maker. I made a big bowl of punch and needed lots of ice, it was so awesome when I just removed the in case ice maker and added the ice I needed. The adjustable shelves are awesome, just slide and adjust. I am also impressed with the amount of space this refrigerator has - the gallon sized door shelves. I give Samsung a thumbs up for a well organized and designed fridge.

Let down by this model
i had a good experience with samsung in the past so took a shot at this one and kind of regret it. - i didn't want a connected fridge but making compromises with other models/brands i chose this one anyway. and, unsurprisingly, there is not way to disable the wifi on the fridge. why? isn't there enough saturation already that now i need my fridge to be another access point broadcasting 24/7? - it is not fingerprint resistant at all. - the ice maker is weird. it works, but unlike my past fridges, it takes several seconds for the cubes to drop and when they do, you don't know if you'll get one, 3 or maybe 5. - the fridge makes a very high pitch sound when it runs. not that loud but quite irritating.

Side by Side Refigerator
nice to ok unit, refrigerator size is perfect, freezer size is ok, maybe a bit small, counter depth is just perfect. unit is quite, ice maker production is ok for us (two people). it lacks a light in the water/ice dispenser area. had i known how important this light is to see the filling of glasses etc. may have looked at other options. hoping samsung will consider a modification for this model.
Sleek Samsung Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with our new Samsung refrigerator. It looks amazing on the outside with straight, clean edges. And the inside is very bright with well designed, easy to clean compartments. We selected the counter depth refrigerator because our kitchen is not big. And I am so glad we did: it fits the space nicely without feeling overpowering. Yet, it is quite spacious. Our old fridge was packed with food and, after transferring all of it to the new Samsung fridge, there is plenty of room left. Functionality wise, I enjoy how quiet and well insulated it is. The power freeze feature is also very convenient after a grocery trip with frozen goods on a hot day. Finally, the water and ice dispenser are the icing on the cake.
Better and less expensive than previous model
purchased a month ago and have been very happy, replaced a similar model that was 14 years old. Ice maker and water is much quieter than the old model. One less drawer in the fridge and freezer, but more shelf space. Installation was easy and took less than 5 minutes.
Item Arrived Damaged. Support said “oh well”
my item arrived damaged in delivery and i didnt notice because the plastic wrap covered up the damaged door. i called into support after i took off the plastic and was passed around for an hour before being told that they couldn’t do anything about cosmetic damage, even though it arrived with cosmetic damage. would not recommend samsung at all.

Terrible from the start!
This fridge has been terrible from the start. As others have mentioned, the ice maker is total garbage! Within 3 months it stopped making ice, and then started again, but the tray would dump the ice before it was fully frozen which would then break and the water would freeze in a solid chunk in the ice holder. Now there is a crack on the bottom of the ice tray mold, so it drips into the holder and creates a constant solid piece of ice. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance (side note: we also bought a Samsung dishwasher is no good either)
