Only 7 fillets in the bag, not about 10 servings on the bag. They advertise boneless, yet, the fillets have bones, some large. Be sure to check your fillets before eating. These fillets are not a good as they used to be. Sams Club needs to fix this problem.

We love these salmon filets. Bake them straight out of the freezer with lemon juice, olive oil, and home made 'Emmerils essence.' 350F 45min always gets moist and tender and fully cooked. We don't thaw in advance. This has been our standard weekend meal for many years! Flawless every single time.

Have purchased this salmon for years and loved the individual portion sizes, great last minute meal that thaws quickly. However the last few bags we’ve bought had a usually large number of thin end pieces that tend to dry out quickly and are the pieces I have to eat because no one else wants them. There are now only about 2-3 pieces that look like what you’d see at a restaurant. Some also look like they were cut with a dull knife and kind of hacked up…weird changes…not sure if there is a new supplier but sure seems like it.

Despite what the bag says, these are not guaranteed to be boneless. Of the 6 fillets in this bag ALL of them had bones. We found over a dozen total. I'm just glad we spotted them before cooking, since we were planning to make sandwiches with them so they wouldn't be spotted when eating.

This is a great $ saver & easy meal in the air fryer. However although this is advertised “boneless” BEWARE some filets from most recent purchase unfortunately contained bones! Would be 5 stars if it was consistently boneless, or not advertised as such.

the fillets are not as pictured. all different sizes making it difficult to cook several pieces at one time. All pieces have a dark strip that is very fishy and must be cut out making the usable weight less. Last bag purchased had fewer pieces that were larger so now we have to spend more. (nice marketing ploy). The product could be so good if someone paid attention to critical details.

I decided to try out this frozen bag of salmon because of the great reviews! WOW! I’ve gone back to Sams Club several times to purchase more and more because it’s really delicious. I sprinkle some Kinders seafood blend with a little garlic salt, delicious. Please keep this salmon.

I love this salmon but I love the Blackened Salmon much better and now it’s saying for a limited time!!!!! Why???? Would you take this blackened salmon that me and my family had every Sunday for dinner away from us... please bring it please!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get this salmon exclusively to put in the smoker for a nice, long, low heat smoke. Salmon takes in real smoke flavor very well. I like the cut of the filets. They're very dense. I coat with a little olive oil, garlic, pepper, sometimes lime, and a little salt. They come out so buttery. I've tried other products, but this one is my fav.

The description and picture on the package are a little misleading. I'm finding a good amount of tail end pieces in the bags I purchased. Not the end of the world but they are easier to cook when they are similar in size. Also, presentation wise if your expecting center cut portions you might want to look at another product or you'll need to buy an extra package.
