I love this salmon. The taste is great. Package says 4 ounce pieces and 12 servings of fish. The only problem is every package I get has smaller pieces and less quantity than as list on the package. I would say the ounces per fish portion is around 3 ounces and, a total of 7 to 9 pieces.

I bought the fresh salmon for years and yesterday when I went it was only two pieces left and I didn't want either. I decided to buy the frozen salmon and loved it. Absolutely fresh, not freezer burned, and this is the product that I will continue to buy from now on.

I get this salmon exclusively to put in the smoker for a nice, long, low heat smoke. Salmon takes in real smoke flavor very well. I like the cut of the filets. They're very dense. I coat with a little olive oil, garlic, pepper, sometimes lime, and a little salt. They come out so buttery. I've tried other products, but this one is my fav.

Only 7 fillets in the bag, not about 10 servings on the bag. They advertise boneless, yet, the fillets have bones, some large. Be sure to check your fillets before eating. These fillets are not a good as they used to be. Sams Club needs to fix this problem.

I love this salmon but I love the Blackened Salmon much better and now it’s saying for a limited time!!!!! Why???? Would you take this blackened salmon that me and my family had every Sunday for dinner away from us... please bring it please!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time purchasing this product and will definitely continue. I have never had great salmon before,we have always purchased the cheaper salmon and its mehh..it was out of stock so we decided to spend a couple dollars more and purchase this..so delicious! It's nice and thick and meaty...barely any fish taste. We popped it in the air fryer and it was nice and crispy!

I love salmon fillets and have them add a number of restaurants and they always taste so good and do not have that “fishy“ taste. But every time I have tried to buy either fresh salmon or other brands of frozen salmon they have that strong taste that I don’t like and I keep asking myself where do they get those salmon fillets at restaurants that don’t have that strong taste. Well, I finally decided to try the members Mark Brand which has high ratings on the Sam’s website. Tonight a pan sautéed a fillet with some lemon pepper and a little bit of olive oil and it was delicious! Absolutely no fishy taste! I’m glad to have a bag of these in my freezer now I’ll have something healthy to fix for a quick meal with a steamed bag of vegetables and I’m all set!

On the package it says center cut. I just had a package with all tail end of fish. I could see just one but every one was a tail and no center cut. I am doing pick up and if I went in store I would have returned this because it’s misleading. Salmon is always good but I am not happy when it says center cut.

My fav salmon to buy from all grocery stores…but idk what’s going on lately the pieces are a lot smaller and the texture is a bit off. Also, my last two bags seems to be defrosted and refrozen again the pieces were literally bent in both bags bought like 2 weeks apart. I am a pescatarian and buy this salmon quite often. With the increase in price plus the change in quality I’m a little unhappy. Might have to switch to fresh salmon and frozen the pieces for now. What is going on Sams?

Despite what the bag says, these are not guaranteed to be boneless. Of the 6 fillets in this bag ALL of them had bones. We found over a dozen total. I'm just glad we spotted them before cooking, since we were planning to make sandwiches with them so they wouldn't be spotted when eating.
