This is a staple in my house. Has been since I was In high school. The quality and texture is great. My only issue is the price increasing every year. My family has started shopping at local fresh markets for reasonably priced alternatives.

I have ordered this for years and been very happy with the quality of the fish and the spice combination. IDK if they changed distributors or something, but this last time we had it, the salmon was mush, with many bones in the fillets, and the spice combination was off. No one in my family could eat much.

We bought these fillet portions to make crispy bang-bang salmon bite bowls. We were very happy with the quality. The salmon cooked up moist and was not in the least bit mushy, unlike the salmon from our local supermarket. It's a mild salmon, so it doesn't have that "fishy" smell (thank goodness). The dish turned out fantastic.
