At least a third of the pieces are large tail pieces. This reduces the number of pieces per bag. The last bag I bought had one piece that had been exposed to air and was gray and unappetizing. I threw that piece away. The tail pieces are also much thinner, which messes up timing when cooking.

Our favorite salmon, clean, fresh and tasty.

Most slices of salmon are thick enough that you can create a pocket and stuff them. Very tasty.

I only had 7 filets in my package. I thought there was 10. A bit missleading but the salmon tatses good.
