I love this product

Pretty good salmon!

we have been buying this particular item for near 2 years and recently started to notice change in the quality, in the past few packs we started to see more tails end that fillet and was not not that way. Still quality Salmon but when paying the price and add the recent 25% ($5) increase we will consider other option from different source. We still value Sam's brands and would not stop us from shopping at Sam's, however, this one I must say not to expectation. We willing to pay for the price increase but not the quality! I would only recommend this product if it goes to the old days all fillet and not an average 2 tail end per bag.

Healthy

At least a third of the pieces are large tail pieces. This reduces the number of pieces per bag. The last bag I bought had one piece that had been exposed to air and was gray and unappetizing. I threw that piece away. The tail pieces are also much thinner, which messes up timing when cooking.

Good quality , BUT package says 10 servings, so one might expect 10 individually wrapped servings. But no. After a closer read of the label, it says a serving is 2/3 a fillet. So, only 7 fillets. Kinda stinks when you are feeding 100 people and you buy 10 packages. I know, but come on. Am I supposed to give each guest 2/3 of a fillet? That's tacky!!!
