My husband and I love this salmon! I appreciate that the portions are hearty. There are multiple ways in which I can cook this salmon, and thankfully, the flavors don’t become redundant. Most importantly, the bag costs less than a salmon dinner would at a restaurant!

I find this package of salmon is better than fresh because it is convenient to use no matter what ever portion you want to use. I don’t have to buy a whole slab and then come home and repackage 2/3 of the salmon. I was putting two pieces in a ziplock bag. Now I don’t have to repackage it. I quick thaw my portions still sealed in the package in some lukewarm water until almost completely thawed. Not too long because you have to watch the thinnest part. Then I fix them in the microwave with butter, lemon or just drops of juice, oven, or broil. We have bought this salmon several times and will continue to buy it. I look forward to trying out different recipes.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS SALMON IS SOMETIMES YOU WILL GET A BAG THAT LOOKS LIKE A HATCHET CHOPPING NUT CASE CUT IT UP. IT IS NOT AT ALL STEAKS LIKE PICTURE ON FRONT. THEY SHOULD COME IN UNIFORM STEAK SLICED PORTIONS.LIKE YOU SHOW ON FRONT OF PACKAGE.

We have salmon at least once per week for a quick and delicious meal. Members Mark Salmon filet portions have always been my preferred brand, however the last 2 bags were terrible, extremely small pieces of salmon, not at all filet portions like they were in the past, over half of the bag were pieces that would be considered a child's portion and they are thin which makes it difficult not to over cook. Please bring back the filet portions that are pictured on the bag!

We buy a bag of fish from Sam's Club every month. Sometimes we buy this Boneless Skinless Atlantic Salmon; sometimes it's the Skin-on Alaskan Salmon; sometimes it's the Ahi Tuna. However, we have the same issue with all three fish: one "vacuum-sealed" portion in each bag is not sealed. Sometimes I discover this before I defrost it, and I'm able to remove it from the house before it stinks. Often, the fish portions are in my water bath to defrost when I discover that one of them is bad. On one occasion, the fully-sealed bag contained a filet that had spoiled (again, only once). We continue to buy the fish because the taste is great, and we love to incorporate fish into our diet, but our food budget has to be adjusted for the fact that we will lose one portion of the six or seven portions in the bag.

I like this salmon a lot, but a few times already there are bones in it (reason for 3 stars). It's supposed to be "boneless". I like that it is skinless too and cooks up nicely when there are no bones. I've already returned a few bags over the past 1 to 2 years. Not sure if I'll buy again.

This was so good! The pieces came individually packaged, skinless, and they are nice and thick. I quickly defrosted them in cold water, marinated them for a few minutes (just google a recipe!), then used my air fryer to cook them. So delicious and super healthy.

I love this salmon! I have it on hand at all times. It’s always an easy fix when dinner is looming. I try to thaw the day before, but if I have to have it quickly, I just put I a couple of fillets (still wrapped) in a big bowl of cool water and stick it in the fridge. Thaws quickly and safely. I usually season with Old Bay (or whatever I’m in the mood for) and sear in a pan with some olive oil. Then I put in the oven to finish off while I finish the rest of my dinner. So easy and good!

It may seem a cliche but it's not, the content doesn't look at all like the picture on the bag. Having purchased this product before I was negatively surprised when I open the bag and found portions of all shapes and weights unlike the filets I am used to purchase.

The salmon cooked very well. I thought that they might be dry because the skin helps seal some of the juices but they were good with lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil and Himalayan salt and pepper to taste. My family loved these and will definitely buy them again.
