These used to be 5 Star but they changed about a year ago. Portions used to be the same. Pieces are all different sizes now with a lot of end pieces. This makes it much harder to cook properly when making multiple pieces. It also used to be 3 lbs. in a bag not long ago.

Too many tails in in the bag not enough middle pieces. Need to sale with more middle pieces than tails and I had to buy 6 bags in order to get the number of middle pieces I needed to make the stuff salmon for the graduation party. But it was a good quality of meat just give the customers what they need without having to spend extra money.

I just love this salmon. Not fishy tasting. Pretty uniform pieces. Great that it’s vacuum packed
