Excellent salmon

This is the only salmon I buy now. It has individual packages so I can only take out what I want at the time. They are also a great size. We usually saute 2 or 3 at a time. It will make up to 6 meals for us as we like leftovers. We heat them up in the toaster oven. I like the thinner part of the filet and my husband likes the thicker. It's a win win for us. I'll buy two bags at a time. They freeze well and do not get freezer burn on the filets.

Too many tails in in the bag not enough middle pieces. Need to sale with more middle pieces than tails and I had to buy 6 bags in order to get the number of middle pieces I needed to make the stuff salmon for the graduation party. But it was a good quality of meat just give the customers what they need without having to spend extra money.

I was surprised by these salmon filets. Each filet is packaged individually which is very nice. They recommend slacking off in the fridge for 24 hours but ive done that and just leaving out for a couple hours prior to cooking. I get the same results either way. The fish is tasty and moist. Certainly not as good as going to your local fish market but good enough to keep around.
