Lately all Romain lettuce packs seem to be a bit lacking. Maybe there’s something going on with the way things are grown, but all different brands I’ve tried in the last six months have been very thin and a little bit bitter. But once I chop these up and throw them in a mixed salad, they still taste great and do the job

Always fresh! Always delicious! So I purchase this regularly. The key to making it last longe did this ... I take two out cut off ends and put in zip lock after squeezing out as much air as possible. So I take one zip lock with two in it cut it all up for salad as needed. Stays fresh for weeks!

I used to buy this all the time, but recently I don’t know what’s going on at this location(Honolulu), They are selling stuff that beyond expiration date like this Romaine lettuce the Expiration date was in November, I got it on Dec 02, 2024. Should not be selling stuff that past expiration date, The people are paying with their hard earned money, You shouldn’t do that. What happened if people eat them and got sick? please think about that.

You cant beat the size of this package for the price, and it's always fresh. I chop up 3 heads at a time, and the fresh lettice lasts all week for salads for my lunches. So much better than what you can get at the groceey store because the romaine is larger, fresher, and a better price.

How do you get creative and inspiring about Romaine Lettuce? The product is excellent. However it is packaged as if it is being sold to an Italian restaurant. It used to come in smaller bags chopped and ready to eat. Now it looks and feels like it’s headed to be a Caesar salad at a table for 20.

Most stores have been totally out of Romaine lettuce for several weeks so I bought this, knowing it is not really very fresh. But it is lettuce and it is "crunch." The heads in this package began to seriously rot after a few days which is something that did not happen the other time I bought this product.

For some reason, it's tough to get lettuce without a lot of brown showing in the package anywhere near us. Or, the brown and wilting shows up soon after purchase and before we can eat the lettuce. Sam's Romaine is better than most recently available to us. And, there have not been any recalls or issues for us enjoying this romaine. The quantity is excellent and the hearts are full and large.

My rabbits love this Romain lettuce they enjoy it so much they won’t eat any other kind and I have tried many different kinds this Romain lettuce taste very good and salads sandwiches or if you would like lettuce along it taste good I just recommend make sure you wash it and that’s it never had a problem

We buy the hearts of Romain frequently as we prefer Romain lettuce for our salads and we have salad nearly every day. These last well when treated with care. I only cut what I’m going to use and place the rest in a Ziploc bag. A very economical choice.

I’m better off shopping at sprouts for romaine as the bunches are fuller and cheaper. The first two and last two head’s barely had any romaine. Looked like I got the left overs! Still good romaine all in all, but if your looking for quality like me, maybe look else where.
