I find romaine to be a very good value. They are fresh but make sure you check the dates. Store wrapped in aluminum foil, and they will last for several weeks in the fridge.

We're enjoying more salads since buying the 6-count Romaine lettuce at Sam's Club. It stays fresher longer than any other lettuce we've purchased in the past. Green salad, taco salad, Caesar salad…all enjoyed this past week. I'm so glad I made this purchase!

Normally, these last a bit longer. This time, they did not and i ended up throwing three away.

It's unfortunate when you place an order for pickup that the person shopping for you just grabs the first package. Most of the lettuce cores were brown and the top leaves very wilty.

Contracted Cyclospora parasite from Taylor Farms lettuce. Not the first time we’ve gotten explosive diarrhea from Taylor Farms products. Will be avoiding Taylor Farms products and any restaurants that use Taylor Farms products.

Either Sam's keep them in wrong cold temp or they receive them way to late to sell to customers. We found the same price (per unit weight) at local grocery stores so we can buy 1 or 2 hearts and use while still fresh.

Never trust Sams is my motto! They sell expired products because they are all about greed and care nothing about people. I brought to their attention and they did not care. For all they know i could have been sick or worse, but again they do not care. Very greedy organization with the worst customer service possible. But thats the world we live in today. Companies like sams are free to operate any way they please worrying not about if products are expired or if they overcharged their customers. They are motivated by complete greed and i would not trust anything they sell. I dont personally care how they operate but if they are going to send me surveys and i do not lie, i follow the teachings of Jesus, then i must write what i see in an honest manner. Ive had to throw away hundreds of dollars in expired groceries and I found other stores selling same items for less and when I made them aware they did not care.

This product is always sold half rotten and turning brown , and will be the last time I buy it! The Lettuce was starting to age and rot in the middle, this wasn’t the first time either. Will never buy these from here again, a complete waste of money!

I ordered this romaine lettuce this morning 3/2/26 and it was delivered this afternoon by a Sams driver. Anybody can see it is old and out of date! Expired 2/23/26. Why is it being delivered today me when it’s over a week out of date?? Sams has to do better!!

I washed 3 large bunches of tge Romaine and sat them in a bowl while i pulled off each individual.leaf to be handwashed and stored in tupperwste style bowls. Usually tbe moisture from washing them keeps them very crisp tbis way. Sadly i threw the whole bag worth out because as tbey were sotging in my prewash bowl small mite l9oking bugs started crawling around the bottom of tve bowl. Even tbough i washed 3 and tried to convince myself they would be clean i decided to trash them all. Between the bugs and the virus rhat coukd go beyween tbe air holes on tbe bag i figured it woukd bother me too much mentally when i went to eat it anyway. Nornally a huge fan of this Romaine.
