Contracted Cyclospora parasite from Taylor Farms lettuce. Not the first time we’ve gotten explosive diarrhea from Taylor Farms products. Will be avoiding Taylor Farms products and any restaurants that use Taylor Farms products.

I love buying romaine hearts from Sam’s Club! They are always crisp & without the bad spots. They also last for quite a while before going bad. Sam’s price is way better than any grocery store.

Taylor Farms is a big no. . . poor quality and now they fail to protect US consumers. No more. Going local.

I like buying theses at Sam’s because the leafs are so big and I use them as replacement for bread for my sandwiches. It’s always fresh and you just can’t beat the price for the quantity!

Bonipak has replaced Taylor in our local store and the inside of every head in both packs we purchased was rotten. From the outside, they appeared fresh but not so much. We keep a membership for certain core items and now every one of those has been replaced with a substandard product or a member’s mark item. Questioning renewal.

The price fluctuates a lot and it’s frustrating because I need to purchase a bunch at a time because I do a turtle and tortoise rescue and adoption. I have to budget.

make sure you check the bottom of the lettuce for freshness. The sealed bagged romaine tended to have bottoms I had to cut off more of the lettuce than should have to.

Great product at a great price. I get twice the amount for he price spent in a grocery store. If I have more than I can use, I put a couple in a bag and gift to friends.

This particular batch of Romain heads were pretty good as today’s heads go. I did not encounter bad leaves in the head and the heads were heavy with leaves, not the light leafy heads so many stores including Sam’s sell.

I think I bought these petite versions by accident but they were still delicious.If you want more lettuce for the price though be sure to purchase the regular size 6-count
