Never fresh and always already browning! This is the 2nd time now I needed to return it but because of my schedule I couldn’t get there to return it. Which of course is a waste of money.

It seems at certain times the quality of these are great but at other times not so good. I’ve noticed that the last two times I purchased quality was terrible. The leaves limp and different colors and obviously not fresh.

I've always been happy with my purchase of this romaine lettuce. Occasionally it will be wilted and not the greatest sell by date. I normally look through the boxes to get the best date/quality bag.

I don't know what's going on, but the quality of the romaine lettuce has been going down over the last several months. I had to go through almost one entire head of romaine to get to usable lettuce. I'm returning this package.

Despite the heads are smaller than buying single, this is more economical. Plus, the oblong lettuce containers with water beneath holds 3 heads each and keeps the lettuce fresh.

My rabbits love this Romain lettuce they enjoy it so much they won’t eat any other kind and I have tried many different kinds this Romain lettuce taste very good and salads sandwiches or if you would like lettuce along it taste good I just recommend make sure you wash it and that’s it never had a problem

I find that you hit or miss on this lettuce. Sometimes the centers have too much yellow leaves which are bitter other times all green and pleasant. Occasionally there will be Browning starting but not this time. Ovee all I will buy this product weekly.

I buy the 6 pack of romaine every 2 weeks. However this time I was less than happy. Upon opening the pack I noticed the outer edges on the leaves were already turning brown. Oh well I thought bruising happens. Upon taking out the first head I noticed it was partially rotten. Not 1 of the heads was in perfect condition. I don't think I'll be buying romaine from Sam's for a while.

This lettuce was bad! We never had any issues with Sam's produce but my husband and I got very ill after we ate some the next day. We just didn't want any issues with anyone so we didn't mention it but we will steer clear of your lettuce from now on.

Sam's Romaine is always fresh and crisp, I seldom have any waste (I don't use wilted leaves) from it and that's not true for other area stores. The pricing is excellent. I wash mine when I get it, dry, then put in green bags and it keeps for three weeks.
