This bar soap is so creamy, so soft, have a great soft and floral scent and it’s very affordable! It have all the good things a bar soap need to have. It cleans pretty well and the packaging is simple and recyclable, perfect for the environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically don’t like bar soap as I don’t find it as luxurious and moisturizing as body wash but I was pleasantly surprised by this. My skin felt silky and moisturized after use. My mom loves bar soap and is a huge fan of this! I don’t think I’d purchase this in the future as I much prefer body wash.

The "new look & refreshed scent" is horrible is every way. First the scent is heavy and nothing like the original. Next the soap itself feels all wrong. It felt like I was back at my folks house using their Dial soap. It doesn't leave that moisturizing feel at all. I absolutely hate it and will be returning the 6 or 8 package I just opened. I just got out of the shower and I swear it feels like I'm already getting a bladder infection from it!! Sorry. I'm on my way out to search for the old packaging and to return this horrible new formula. Btw, I have been using this soap since I left my folks house at 17 which was a long long time ago.

I've been using Caress Daily Silk for my entire adult life-- what I loved about it was its subtle scent and the fact that my skin felt moisturized after drying off. I've tried the new formula for the past month (July 2024), and it is simply awful. The scent is a much stronger, more floral smell--which, frankly, I could put up with if my skin didn't feel like it'd been scrubbed with an abrasive pad. But there's no moisturizing quality to the new formula. And because of that, I have no choice but to change brands to something else. It's very sad when a company makes such a drastic change to their product that it alienates its most loyal customers. I really hope that Caress will listen to all this feedback (it's all over social media) and return to the previous, more successful Daily Silk formula. The sooner the better.

I have been using caress soap for over 20 years and loved the soap and how silky and moisturized it left my skin. However, I noticed the soap from my recent purchase left a sticky film on my skin. It no longer felt silky or moisturized. Please ring back the previous formula.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of these bars is soooo pretty! Light but floral. I normally don’t love bar soap but this one doesn’t leave a weird layer on my skin. Lathers up nicely and you actually feel clean after using it.

I love this as a bar soap. Feels and smells wonderful. Does not leave your skin feeling stiff or sticky. I don't think I would change a thing about it. Leaves skin feeling wonderful and for the price you cannot beat it. I have told several people they adjoins try it and they loved it as well
