I have used Caress for years, the new formula is absolutely terrible. So bad, that I returned the un-opened packages I had bought! The fragrance is no longer a clean scent but a bad fake perfume smell. The biggest reason for using Caress was the silky smooth feeling, now it feels like it leaves a sticky coating, reminds me of Ivory or Irish Spring where you can no longer slide you hand over your skin while wet. We are now using Dove and hoping they don't reformulate also, I do miss the scent and feel of the original Carress and am sad we can no longer purchase it!

I've been using Caress Daily Silk for my entire adult life-- what I loved about it was its subtle scent and the fact that my skin felt moisturized after drying off. I've tried the new formula for the past month (July 2024), and it is simply awful. The scent is a much stronger, more floral smell--which, frankly, I could put up with if my skin didn't feel like it'd been scrubbed with an abrasive pad. But there's no moisturizing quality to the new formula. And because of that, I have no choice but to change brands to something else. It's very sad when a company makes such a drastic change to their product that it alienates its most loyal customers. I really hope that Caress will listen to all this feedback (it's all over social media) and return to the previous, more successful Daily Silk formula. The sooner the better.

I've been using this body wash for a few years now and it's my absolute favorite. It's exfoliates but also smells amazing. The best part is the price, not expensive at all and can find just about anywhere! It's a must have for your everything showers.

The Caress Shea Butter & Brown Sugar Body Wash with Pump is my favorite! It smells so good even my boyfriend uses it! It also has little exfoliating beads in it so it truly cleans your skin and leaves you smelling refreshed and yummy! The pump makes it super easy to use as well!

This is a pretty good for exfoliation , it removes the build up dirty leaving skin nice and smooth. My only issue is the fragrance, soo you have to because careful , do not use this on your private area if it's sensitive .I just this on my legs , back and under arms after and before hair removal .

This is a very good product. its exfoliating rich and indulgent. pros are it gets my skin smooth radiant with the benefits of gentle exfoliation. The Shea butter smell very good.Cons ..you need to use very little in your shower because it lathers up thick. I would recommend this product. The price is very reasonable for the 18 fl oz bottle and last a long time
