The scent is absolutely beautiful—light, fresh, and subtly floral. It lingers on the skin just enough without being overpowering. The soap lathers really well and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I especially appreciate that it doesn’t dry out my skin like some other bar soaps tend to do. It feels like a small luxury during my daily shower.

Long time user never and never used any other body soap. …do not like the new change in scent or feel.. it’s very slippery to hold on too.. and it washes like a deodorant soap leaving you sticky. Please bring back the old orange packaged soap!! Will be looking for the older version .. not a fan of the new! Bring it back!

I have been sick over the change in the Caress soap…the new scent and formula is terrible! I have been using the original peach blossom soap daily for 40 years and would take 2 or 3 with me when I traveled. I have sensitive skin and this change made me itch and the smell is terrible. Please help us long time fans and switch it back to the original immediately, I don’t want to have to go with Dove but if it’s not changed back I will be forced to! Help! Please change it back! The other reviews should tell you how serious of a problem this is. The only reviewers that are giving it any positives are the ones affiliated with a promotion. I doubt they are long time fans like the rest of us! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s mild and soft on skin. It didn’t dry my skin out like other soaps I’ve used. It doesn’t lather as well as I would like cos I had to keep rubbing it into my bath sponge. It’s a good shape and size - so it fits nicely in my hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wasn't exp6mich from the soap bar but I have to say besides smelling DELICIOUS it does leave my skin so soft and moist the scent is amazing but not overwhelming just floral yet soft it does last in your body and after it settles you can still smell it but nothing crazy that will overwhelm you of course throughout the day it will fade or after putting lotion but other than that the moisture and softness stays there

Smells pretty in package but doesn’t seem to last/linger on my body, which I personally would like it to do. It’s not super drying but I notice little give from the formula. I still get very dry after using this. Pretty and feminine packaging but not a keeper for someone whose skin easily dries out.

I've been using Caress soap for at least 45 years (I'm 51, so it could be a little longer). Basically since I can remember. I didn't know they changed the scent until now because I switch up my scents when I get used to one. I rotate. I just received the daily silk body wash and am so disappointed. This isn't the world class perfume scent. I say, don't mess with something unless it's broken and this was definitely not broken. Please bring the old scent back and also create a lotion with the old scent. Please, please, please! I won't buy Caress anymore because it's not the same. I'm so sad.
