This product provided more symptom relief for me than other over the counter products I have tried. I got far more relief from nasal congestion with this, than just about anything else. It's fast acting too. I started noticing a reduction in congestion within 15 minutes. That's crazy fast for a pill! It doesn't seem to be wearing off either. I'm about 3.5 hours in so far and haven't noticed a reduction in relief. It got me back to being able to function, fast, and that's well worth it.

The Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action really helped clear up my nasal congestion and with my headache. However, it didn't help with my sore throat, but that's what I had Hall's throat drops for. I would still recommend this as well as another Tylenol product called Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe which helped a lot as well on a different occasion.

They open from the blister pack easily. I've had other products that work better on sore throat, but that would not persuade me to avoid this product.
