I find them to be very effective for my colds, sinuses and other aches or pains (including fevers). This product did not disappoint. It did not make me drowsy which many products seems to do. I also felt that is kicked in quicker than other products I have used in the past.

This product makes me much less miserable and while it does not make me feel like normal, it does reduce all of my symptoms by over 50% which means I can actually function. Compared to other products, this product works better and more effectively towards more symptoms. It did not make me sleepy and I did not have any side effects which is amazing! I would highly recommend keeping this product inside your home so you can use it when the cold starts.

I would normally take something for my fever, another for my nose, and another for the cough/sore throat. It was nice having one pill to take care of all symptoms. I had some nasal congestion, sore throat, and just basic body aches. I finally found a pharmacy that carried this product and I'm so glad I did because I took it as soon as I got it. After about 30 minutes, I literally did not even feel bad any more. My body aches subsided and I could breathe so much better. I can't even believe how well this medicine worked! I thought I was going to have to make a trip to the quick clinic, but I'm feeling so much better now that I don't need to. I will definitely keep this in my medicine cabinet from now on.
