This product provided more symptom relief for me than other over the counter products I have tried. I got far more relief from nasal congestion with this, than just about anything else. It's fast acting too. I started noticing a reduction in congestion within 15 minutes. That's crazy fast for a pill! It doesn't seem to be wearing off either. We unpacked everything, I took the Tylenol and took a nap and to my surprise this gave Mr immediate results.
