I took the recommended dose and within 30 minutes I felt like I could BREATHE. My sinuses were clear and although I still had a cough, it wasn't nearly as bad. It's non drowsy so perfect for day... I used mine also at night so I could actually sleep. It took away my body pain so I could relax and fall asleep quickly. This is another EXCELLENT product from Tylenol. Definitely buying to keep on hand always in my home.

This works so quick. I got a severe head cold while on a cruise. The pharmacy had recommended this to me before I left on my cruise. So thankful that I listened. I was back to myself in less than 3 days. Now the problem is that I can't seem to find it at any Walmart pharmacy so I can replenish my first aid travel bag for my next cruise.
