It worked really fast to clear my congestion and didn’t make me feel Tired at all. The pills were easy to Swallow and not too large in size. I will definitely try the night product the next time since the day product worked so well.

It did not make me drowsy at all and feel like I'm in a fog like the other products I have used in the past have done. It lasted a long time and I did not have to re-medicate after just a few hours like I have had to do with other products. This Tylenol Extra Strength Cold+Flu Multi-Action Day, however is a game changer. It seems to work much faster and kept symptoms at bay much longer than other brands. We unpacked everything, I took the Tylenol and took a nap and to my surprise this gave Mr immediate results. I no longer had body aches, sinus pressure,throbbing headache and the overall feeling of being sick or impaired. Very easy to take, provides a broad spectrum of relief,strong enough to not have to take multiple times, did not make me feel light headed or groggy simple and effective relief
