I was just happened to be sick and this product comes in handy and I was able to test it out. It greatly reduced all my symptoms and I was able to function at my work.

My only complaint is that it has to be purchased at the pharmacy counter. That would deter me from buying it in the future because I would not want to wait in a long pharmacy line with potentially sick people to get it. The product itself, however, is GREAT!! It tackles my cold and flu symptoms like a champ. It works fantastically as a pain reliever so I was easily able to get on with my day. It relieves congestion better than other products and doesn't leave your nose draining all day either! Most importantly, this medicine didn't leave me feeling drowsy or sluggish so I can take it any time. This is definitely one of the best cold/flu products I've tried!

I purchased Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day for future use (I was not in immediate need). When my husband began feeling congested, he started taking this product right away. It cleared his sinuses better than other products he's used. He developed a very slight fever and it was gone within a few hours of taking the medication. It's hard to say how sick he would've been without the medication, but it did seem to alleviate his symptoms very well.
