That said, I wouldn't replace my usual ibuprofen with this as it just didn't help as effectively or as fast.

The pills are not too big, so they are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or stomach upset. These have 65mg of caffeine per tablet, so be weary if you are sensitive to caffeine or would like to take at night. I will definitely be taking them for my next headache!
